  • Publication number: 20190325533
Abstract: An online agricultural system manages and optimizes interactions of entities within the system to enable the execution of transaction and the transportation of crop products. The online agricultural system accesses historic and environmental data describing factors that may impact crop product transactions and/or transportation to determine market prices for crop products and crop product transportation. Responsive to receiving a request from an entity, the online agricultural system determines an optimal transaction for the entity, such as a price for selling a crop product, an available crop product for purchase, or a transportation opportunity to transport a crop product.

  • Publication number: 20190262684
Abstract: A swing training bat and accompanying method, the bat having a close-ended uniform cylindrical body with a hollow chamber containing a fluid weight therein. The fluid weight is sufficient in mass and volume, yet sufficiently low in viscosity, to allow the fluid weight to slide within the core and thereby generate tactile, kinesthetic, and acoustic feedback cues to the user upon user-initiated and user-performed swinging motions of the bat.

  • Publication number: 20190050948
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Publication number: 20050182779
Abstract: According to an embodiment of the invention, a method and system for storing data entered by a user in a remote relational database involves saving data as a plurality of software components at a server; converting the plurality of software components into a first string and a second string wherein the first string comprises a markup language format that substantially mimics the software components and the second string comprises a serialized string format of the plurality of software components; compressing the first string and the second string; transmitting the compressed first string and the compressed second string to a receiving server; and storing the compressed first string and the compressed second string in a relational database.
