  • Patent number: 10509657
Abstract: Various embodiments herein each include at least one of systems, devices, methods, and software for forced device reinitialization without mandatory restart. One method embodiment includes receiving, by a first device, a first data communication and responding, by the first device, to the first data communication with a second data communication identifying a state of the first device as a reset state. This embodiment further includes receiving, by the first device in response to the second data communication, a third data communication including data to alter the state of the first device from the reset state to a programmed state. Such embodiments may then implement the data of the third data communication to place the first device in the programmed state.

  • Publication number: 20190377756
Abstract: In a computer-implemented method for performing intent-based search of media files, a search query for searching media files of a library of media files is received from an electronic device. The search query includes a user-entered search term and additional search information related to an intent of a user. The library of media files is searched for media files according to the search query. Search results are returned to the electronic device, the search results including a listing of media files satisfying the user-entered search term and prioritized according to the additional search information related to the intent of the user.

  • Patent number: 9183298
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and system for processing a search request. A search request including a sequence of data strings and representing a plurality of search parameters is received. The strings are parsed and the search request is interpreted so as to define search parameters by recognizing items reflecting search criteria within the sequence of data strings. A query is built based on the result of the preceding process and at least one travel data service can be interrogated. This improves the search for information based on free-text input from the user. Application to methods for travel data service interrogation and to search engines.

  • Publication number: 20120048464
Abstract: A method of sealing a printing plate, such as a photopolymer printing plate, to a carrier sheet. A UV-curable adhesive resin is applied to the parameter of the printing plate once positioned on the backing carrier sheet and the resin is cured using ultraviolet radiation. The curing time of less than ten minutes is significantly shorter than that of conventionally used sealants and is more resistant to environmental factors caused by use of the plate and backing during printing.

  • Publication number: 20090054310
Abstract: The invention provides methods for predicting toxicity related to calcineurin inhibition therapy by measuring the peak concentration of drug and the trough concentration of the drug, calculating a peak-trough fluctuation, and comparing this peak-trough fluctuation to known values to predict if the patient will exhibit calcineurin-inhibition therapy-related toxicity. The invention also provides methods for monitoring drug levels to ensure that a patient receiving calcineurin inhibition therapy remains within a therapeutic window which maximizes the efficacy and minimizes the toxicity of the calcineurin inhibitor. The invention also provides dosage methods which maximize the peak concentration, minimize the trough concentration, and maximize the fluctuation between peak and trough concentration of calcineurin inhibitors, to maximize the efficacy of the calcineurin inhibition therapy, and minimize the risk of developing calcineurin-inhibition therapy-related toxicity.
