Abstract: A vehicle is provided herein. The vehicle includes a first seating assembly and a second seating assembly. The first seating assembly is positioned vehicle rearward of the second seating assembly and is comprised of a seatback pivotally coupled to a seat-base, a headrest coupled to the seatback via a connecting feature, and a panel assembly coupled to the connecting feature. The seatback is operable between a folded position and an unfolded position. The panel assembly is configured to protrude vehicle forward of the headrest when the seatback is in the folded position.

Abstract: A vehicle seating assembly is provided herein. The vehicle seating assembly includes a seat. A seatback is pivotally coupled to the seat. The seatback includes a rear-side. A panel is pivotally coupled to the rear-side of the seatback. The panel is pivotable to extend between a first position that is forward of the seatback and a second position that is rearward of the seatback when the seatback is in a forwardly-folded position.

Abstract: A vehicle having a cargo area includes a first cargo panel having a first recess extending into the first cargo panel, and a second cargo panel having a second recess extending into the second cargo panel. The vehicle includes a cargo floor for supporting the first and second cargo panels in an interlocked configuration in contact with the cargo floor. In the interlocked configuration, the first and second cargo panels are disposed in upright orientations and the second cargo panel is disposed orthogonally to the first cargo panel such that the first recess interfaces the second recess. The vehicle further includes a trim panel for supporting the first and second cargo panels in a coplanar configuration such that first and second cargo panels are spaced from the cargo floor.

A retractable webbing is provided for associating with the retractable member and adapted for moving to a deployed position to at least partially span the tailgate opening in a lowered condition. A ladder for use in climbing into the vehicle bed may form the retractable member, or may be provided in addition to it. Plural webbings may also be provided for spanning multiple retractable members associated with the tailgate.

A removable support is provided for connecting with the first and second retractable members in the extended position for extending the vehicle bed. The removable support may comprise a ladder supported by the tailgate. The ladder may assume a lowered position for use in stepping onto the tailgate using the retractable members as handles and a raised position substantially aligned with the retractable members for extending the vehicle bed. The removable support may also comprise a cross bar that connects with the retractable members to form the bed extension.
