Abstract: The present disclosure provides a valve seat assembly for a fluid end of a hydraulic fracturing pump. The valve seat assembly includes a valve seat having a substantially cylindrical body defined along an axis. The valve seat has a first seat end and a second seat end with a through bore extending between the first and second seat ends. The cylindrical body has an inner cylinder surface and an exterior cylinder surface with an annular flange formed along the exterior cylinder surface adjacent the first seat end. The through bore expands from a first diameter to a second diameter adjacent the first seat end. The valve seat assembly further includes a leak detection notch formed in the exterior cylinder surface between the annular flange and the second seat end.

Abstract: A hand-held controller for a virtual-reality system includes an antenna, a grip, a cage coupled to the grip, and a plurality of LEDs on an outer surface of the cage. Wireless signals are received from a remote camera via the antenna. The plurality of LEDs is duty-cycled, which includes turning on the plurality of LEDs at times determined using the wireless signals. The times when the plurality of LEDs is turned on correspond to times when the remote camera captures images of the hand-held controller.

Abstract: A method for processing a transaction at a checkout location, is provided, including the steps of generating a unique identifier associated with the transaction to be displayed on a display of a checkout computing device at the self-checkout location, in response to a payment method selection by a user, receiving a request from a mobile device of the user to complete the transaction, in response to the mobile device receiving transaction details from a portable device, the portable device retrieving the transaction details associated with the transaction by capturing the unique identifier displayed on the display of the checkout computing device, wherein the portable device is wirelessly linked to the mobile device, and processing the request from the mobile device to complete the transaction, wherein the transaction is completed without the user interacting with the mobile device. An associated computer system, computer program product, and portable device is also provided.

Abstract: Described is a retail store electronic scanning game and purchase system that includes electronic scan devices for both children and parents. The device used by the parent can electronically purchase items through the retail store purchase utility. The child's electronic scan device is made a slave device to the parent's device by subserviently coupling the child's device to the parent's device. All purchasing and gaming communications from the slave device are routed through the parent device for approval. The parent can give the children shopping tasks such as finding products for purchase and scanning them. The child can participate in shopping games with the slave electronic scan devices. The parent can award game points to the children, and approve or reject purchases presented by the children. The children can have fun and participate in shopping tasks, with the parent overseeing all game and shopping activities of the children.

Abstract: An inlet valve arrangement for a pump head of a fuel pump for use in a common rail fuel injection system comprises an inlet valve member moveable between open and closed positions to control the flow from a source of low-pressure fuel to a pumping chamber of the fuel pump. The inlet valve member is arranged to open in response to the pressure difference between the fluid pressure of fuel on an inlet side of the inlet valve member and the fluid pressure in the pumping chamber exceeding a threshold value. The inlet valve arrangement comprises means for selectively applying a closing force on the inlet valve member to bias it toward the closed position, such that, in use, the application of the closing force by said means acts to increase the threshold value of the pressure difference at which the inlet valve member opens.

The rotating assembly is coupled between the frame assembly and the rod portion of the strut. The rotating assembly can rotate the rod portion relative to the cylinder portion.

A representation of the annotation entered by the first user while the first user is annotating on the first subordinate device is presented, using a processor, on an instructor device. Information is received that corresponds to an annotation entered by a second user of a second subordinate device of the plurality of subordinate devices. A representation of the annotation entered by the second user is presented on the second the instructor device using the processor while the second user is annotating on the second subordinate device and while the instructor device simultaneously presents the representation of the annotation entered by the first user on the first subordinate device.

The gallery communicates with an external chamber defined by a closure member externally mounted to the pump head housing. In use, the gallery communicates with a source of low-pressure fuel via the external chamber. The pump head housing has a projection which locates the closure member on the pump head housing.

Embodiments include identifying a number of search-result details for different indexed search results, identifying one or more detail-attributes for each search-result detail, and identifying one or more user-attributes for a particular user. These search results, associated search-result details, and associated detail-attributes may be stored in a database. Upon receiving a search query from the user, search results may be generated. Search-result details specific to each search result and specific to the end-user may also be generated by identifying the detail-attributes associated with each search-result detail and the user-attributes associated with the end-user. These search results may then be presented to the end-user. Upon receiving an indication of interest in a particular search result, the search result details may then be presented to the end user.

Abstract: Described herein is a system that facilitates assigning indications of usefulness to query suggestions. The system includes a query suggestion generator component that receives a query and generates a query suggestion based at least in part upon the received query. A model component outputs an indication of usefulness with respect to the query suggestion, wherein the model component is a machine-learned model of user behavior with respect to query suggestions.

Sometimes the propagation is enabled in part by a store of information that also enabled reuse and reporting. Information used and generated by the various workflow applications is kept consistent among the different workflow applications and among the different representations of that information.
