    Abstract: This invention is directed to a method for treating helminthiasis which comprises administering to an animal in need thereof an anthelmintically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I): ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is hydrogen or --SR.sup.2,whereinR.sup.2 is hydrogen, --C(O)--CH.sub.3, or ##STR2## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
