  • Patent number: 12694630
Abstract: Neutral avatars are neutral with reference physical characteristics of the corresponding user, such as weight, ethnicity, gender, or even identity. Thus, neutral avatars may be desirable to use in various copresence environments where the user desires to maintain privacy with reference to the above-noted characteristics. Neutral avatars may be configured to convey, in real-time, actions and behaviors of the corresponding user without using literal forms of the user's actions and behaviors.

  • Publication number: 20260134036
Abstract: A computer receives a query from an end user device. The computer determines a segmentation result based on the query using a first language model. The computer determines a query embedding based on the query. The computer determines a plurality of candidate labels based on the query embedding. The computer determines a linking result based on the query and the plurality of candidate labels using a second language model. The computer retrieves one or more documents from a documents database using the linking result and the segmentation result. The computer provides the one or more documents to the end user device.

  • Patent number: 12372274
Abstract: A cryogenic refrigerator uses a mixture of helium-3 and helium-4. Gaseous helium is pumped from a reservoir containing a liquid mixture of helium-3 and helium-4 to cause cooling and a phase separation into an upper helium-3 rich phase which floats at the top for further evaporation and a lower dilute phase below the helium-3 rich phase. This separation enables operation at temperatures typical of a helium-3 refrigerator while initial liquefaction of the mixture is easier than liquefaction of pure helium-3 and can use a smaller amount of helium-3. Embodiments of the refrigerator can provide continuous cooling.

  • Patent number: 12325319
Abstract: An apparatus, system and method for autonomous power generation and recharging in electric vehicles (EVs) enhance the energy sufficiency of EVs by enabling EVs to autonomously generate electricity during both motion and stationary conditions, reducing reliance on external charging stations. In some examples, a flywheel-based energy generation system stores rotational energy and transfers it to a generator for electricity production. Through the features such as flywheels with weight control balls, gear-based or gearless configurations, and optional wind-capturing blades, the system maximizes autonomous power generation and energy conversion.

  • Publication number: 20250147644
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating and displaying a preview tile. In particular, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems select content item segments from a content item stored for a content management system and generate a preview tile by generating hotspot frames that reflect digital content in the content items segments. Further, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems provide the preview tile on a client device and, based on an input location relative to the preview tile, determine a hotspot frame to display within the preview tile.

  • Patent number: 12265508
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for determining for a folder a file organization score and providing a free flow element based on the file organization score selectable to transition from providing a folder view to providing a free flow view. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems determine the file organization score indicating file organizational patterns associated with content items within the folder. Furthermore, based on receiving an indication of a selection of the free flow element, the disclosed systems transition from providing the folder view of the folder to providing the free flow view depicting graphical representations of the content items. Moreover, the graphical representations of the content items are arranged according to one or more content features associated with the content items.

  • Patent number: 11954735
Abstract: Systems and methods for digital property protection are disclosed. For example, indication may be received that an entity has applied for an insurance policy to insure against theft of digital property. The digital property may be registered and a valuation of the digital property may be generated. Due diligence processes may be performed, including assessment of physical and/or network security mechanisms to prevent theft of the digital property. A recommendation to issue the insurance policy may be generated and sent in examples where the due diligence processes return favorable results. Terms generation and/or identification may be performed, and claims processing based at least in part on loss matrixes may also be performed.

  • Patent number: 11829295
Abstract: Techniques are described in which a system having multiple processing units processes a series of work units in a processing pipeline, where some or all of the work units access or manipulate data stored in non-coherent memory. In one example, this disclosure describes a method that includes identifying, prior to completing processing of a first work unit with a processing unit of a processor having multiple processing units, a second work unit that is expected to be processed by the processing unit after the first work unit. The method also includes processing the first work unit, and prefetching, from non-coherent memory, data associated with the second work unit into a second cache segment of the buffer cache, wherein prefetching the data associated with the second work unit occurs concurrently with at least a portion of the processing of the first work unit by the processing unit.
