    Abstract: Methods and devices for tissue fixation. A cortical button with a rib between two slotted openings. The rib increases the cortical button structural rigidity without increasing palpability. An adjustable loop construct with two discrete locking passages that provides manageable loop reduction and improved tissue coupling. The adjustable loop construct may be coupled to tissue via a passing construct. An assembly with a reduction bar, a button and an adjustable loop construct, the assembly provided assembled in a first configuration that disassembles to guide steps of tissue fixation. The reduction bar may be assembled to the reduction bar for reducing the adjustable loop construct.

    Abstract: A three-part method of cleaning a user's teeth and/or gums is disclosed. First, a user applies a tonic of essential oils to the user's teeth and/or gums by either brushing, rubbing, rinsing and/or flossing with the tonic thereby destroying harmful bacteria. Second, the user brushes with a toothpaste having nano-hydroxyapatite being particles of 50 nanometers or smaller. The nano-hydroxyapatite is absorbed into the surface opening inside dentinal tubules of the teeth. Third, the user seeds their mouth with an oral probiotic having beneficial bacteria. The third step must come after both the first and second steps.

    Abstract: Kits are provided for storing, transporting, and sterilizing reusable urinary catheters. A reusable urinary catheter stored within a housing of the kit may be sterilized between uses using a sterilization fluid or sterilizing light. If the reusable urinary catheter is sterilized using a sterilization fluid, the housing may include a manually actuated or electromechanical pump to circulate the sterilization fluid through the housing. The reusable urinary catheter may include a funnel secured to a catheter shaft, with a plurality of lateral openings defined in the funnel, which provide fluid communication between an interior of the funnel and an external surface of the catheter shaft. By allowing fluid communication between the interior of the funnel and the external surface of the catheter shaft, the lateral openings allow for fluid sterilization of both internal and external surfaces of the catheter shaft.
