    Abstract: An apparatus for homogenizing the developer concentration on the wafer and reducing the developer cost and the method thereof are provided in the present invention. The developer is provided on the wafer which then is spun to distribute the developer on the wafer. Next, the mechanical turbulence of the developer is produced on the wafer by the turbulence device or the mega-sonic vibrator. The apparatus is able to improve the uniformity of developer concentration, and the developer consumption is reduced.

The OEL unit is arranged on the substrate and includes a transparent electrode, a light-emitting layer and a metal electrode. The transparent electrode is electrically connected with the control unit. The light-emitting layer is disposed on the transparent electrode. The metal electrode is disposed on the light-emitting layer. The semi-transparent reflector structure is sandwiched between the substrate and the OEL unit, and includes at least a plurality of first and second dielectric layers. The first and second dielectric layers are alternately stacked, and the refractive index of the first dielectric layers is different from that of the second dielectric layers.

    Abstract: A desktop tape dispenser is disclosed. The desktop tape dispenser of the present invention comprises a main body portion, an adjustment portion, a stopping portion and a return portion. A rotation shaft is disposed in the lower middle part of the main body portion. The adjustment portion may be used to set the tape output length. The stopping portion is fitted in the main body portion and has a wheel piece, which extends out of the main body portion and is positioned at a level higher than that of the rotation shaft. A cutter is provided on the front part of the main body portion. A user may set the tape output length with the control piece of the adjustment portion. The desktop tape dispenser of the present invention is easy to use and can reduce the waste of the tape.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating a pixel structure of an OELD includes the following steps. First, a first gate, a scan line and a second gate are formed on a substrate. Next, a gate insulation layer is formed on the substrate to cover the first gate, the scan line and the second gate. Then, on the gate insulation layer, a first channel layer and a second first channel layer are formed, which are located over the first gate and the second gate, respectively. Afterwards, a first source and a first drain beside the first channel layer and a data line are formed; meanwhile, a second source and a second drain beside the second channel layer, and a cathode electrically connected to the second drain are formed. Further, an organic functional layer is formed on the cathode. Finally, an anode is formed on the organic functional layer.

    Abstract: An adhesive tape pedestal is equipped with a cyclometer associated with a visual window to indicate the length of tape the user should pull out which just meets with the desired length so as to preclude wasting the tape. Besides, the cyclometer can indicate the total length of tape contained in a roll when it is used up that helps the user check whether or not the actual length of tape in a roll is in comply with the nominal length warranted by the manufacturer. The motion of the bobbin which carries the tape coiled on it is transmitted to actuate the cyclometer either by gear transmission means or by sensor actuating switch.

When the user opens up the CD box and attempts to take off the disc, the elasticity of the elastic piece enables the user to take off the stuck disc easily.
