Abstract: Disclosed is a tool box set fastener, which include a first fastening structure, which has mounting base fixedly fastened to a vertical wall or upright support and a coupling unit formed integral with the mounting base, and a second fastening structure, which is connectable to a tool box set to secure the tool box set to the first fastening structure and has a coupling base connectable to the coupling unit of the first fastening structure.

Abstract: The present invention related to a tool box and, more particularly, to a tool box for a single-stack tool rack, which comprises an upright pivot shaft, a plurality of tool boxes respectively pivoted to the upright pivot shaft and arranged in a stack, and a carrying handle provided at the top side of the upright pivot shaft. The carrying handle is formed of a handle body mountable to the upright pivot shaft, and a hand tool detachably connected to the handle body to serve as a handgrip.

Abstract: An energy detection apparatus and method for detecting energy is disclosed. The energy detection apparatus and method in the present invention obtains a new energy detection value by subtracting a previously sample-averaged value from a current output energy detection value and then adding an absolute sampled value. Thus, the apparatus and method of energy detection in the present invention is capable not only of saving cost due to no demand for memories but also of providing real-time detection with no time delay.

Abstract: A method for calculating a pitch estimation of a speech signal that uses a voice processor. The speech signal includes a plurality of speech data and the method includes the following steps: (a) determining a pitch upper bound and a pitch lower bound of the speech signals according to speech signals and the pitch range corresponding to the speech signals stored in a database; (b) calculating a lower bound of a lag parameter and an upper bound of the lag parameter according to the pitch upper bound and the pitch lower bound of the speech signals; (c) calculating the autocorrelation values of the speech signals according to a plurality of the lag parameters between the upper bound and lower bound of the lag parameter; and (d) comparing the autocorrelation values and selecting the largest value and using the lag parameter corresponding to the largest autocorrelation value to calculate the pitch estimation of the speech signals.

The computer system has a first memory, a second memory, an address decoder, a digital signal processing cell, a demultiplexer, a multiplexer, and a cache memory. The cache memory includes a tag for storing an address. The method includes controlling the demultiplexer with the address decoder according to an address signal generated by the digital signal processing cell to transmit the address signal either to the cache memory or to the second memory via the demultiplexer, and controlling the multiplexer with the address decoder according to the address signal to control the digital signal processing cell to receive data transmitted either from the cache memory or from the second memory via the multiplexer.
