    Abstract: A planarization tool is configured to monitor and analyze the condition of a polishing pad over the life of the polishing pad. A piezoelectric pad monitoring device may be mounted to a polishing head of the planarization tool in place of a semiconductor wafer. The piezoelectric pad monitoring device may be pressed against the polishing pad. When pressed against the polishing pad, the piezoelectric pad monitoring device may generate a signal based on a quantity of pad contacts, on the polishing pad, that are in contact with the piezoelectric pad monitoring device. The signal may be provided to a processor of the planarization tool so that the processor may generate, based on the signal, a map of the pad contacts on the polishing pad. The processor may use the map of the pad contacts to determine properties of the polishing pad such as roughness and/or uniformity, among other examples.

In such examples, the relay UE may perform a communication bandwidth configuration procedure with the remote UE based on the remote UE having the reduced communication bandwidth capability relative to the relay UE. In some examples, the relay UE and the remote UE may establish, in accordance with the communication bandwidth configuration procedure, the sidelink relay communication link between the relay UE and the remote UE using a reduced communication bandwidth that is less than a full communication bandwidth allocated for the relay UE.

To mitigate the coexistence interference, the UE may transmit a configuration request to a base station, where the configuration request may identify that the UE is operating on multiple RATs and identify that the UE is experiencing coexistence interference. Aspects of the present disclosure may further provide techniques for coexistence interference mitigation in wideband systems by allowing the UE to indicate the specific bandwidth parts (BVVPs) that are impacted by IDC interference to the base station such that the network can resolve the IDC interference by reconfiguring the bandwidth, instead of performing inter-frequency handover or removing/deactivating affected SCells.

    Abstract: Methods and systems described herein involve using long cell-free DNA fragments to analyze a biological sample from a pregnant subject. The status of methylated CpG sites and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) is often used to analyze DNA fragments of a biological sample. A CpG site and a SNP are typically separated from the nearest CpG site or SNP by hundreds or thousands of base pairs. Finding two or more consecutive CpG sites or SNPs on most cell-free DNA fragments is improbable or impossible. Cell-free DNA fragments longer than 600 bp may include multiple CpG sites and/or SNPs. The presence of multiple CpG sites and/or SNPs on long cell-free DNA fragments may allow for analysis than with short cell-free DNA fragments alone. The long cell-free DNA fragments can be used to identify a tissue of origin and/or to provide information on a fetus in a pregnant female.

The frac plug device includes a cone, an anchor assembly, a cap member, a slip device, and a sealing member. In a set configuration, the frac plug device has both the friction fit engagement of the cone and the slip device and a single direction rachet locked engagement of an anchor ring with a threaded ring portion and an anchor mandrel with an exterior threaded mandrel portion of the anchor assembly. The ratchet lock engagement between the anchor ring and the anchor mandrel prevents backward movement of the cone away from the anchor mandrel so that the cap member engaged with the anchor mandrel locks the slip device in position on the cone.
