    Abstract: This application provides a current collecting member, a secondary battery, and a method for manufacturing a secondary battery. The current collecting member includes a substrate and a support plate, the substrate is disposed on a side of a body of the electrode assembly in the transverse direction and extends in a direction perpendicular to the transverse direction, the support plate extends from an outer end of the substrate in the longitudinal direction and folds back to a side of the substrate farther from the body. The support plate includes a bending portion and a connecting portion, the bending portion is connected to the substrate and bent into an arc shape, and the connecting portion extends from an end of the bending portion farther from the substrate; and a first tab of the electrode assembly is connected to the connecting portion and bent along a surface of the bending portion.

The end cap assembly comprises an end cap and a pressure relief mechanism. The end cap is provided with a pressure relief hole, and the pressure relief mechanism covers the pressure relief hole. The pressure relief mechanism is made of a polymer material. The pressure relief mechanism is provided with a weakened portion configured to crack when pressure is relieved from the battery cell. Due to the pressure relief mechanism made of a polymer material, not only can gas be steadily discharged from the battery cell when pressure is relieved from the battery cell, but external moisture can also be blocked from penetrating into the battery cell when the battery cell is in normal use, reducing the risk of short circuit of the battery cell.

    Abstract: In a method for preparing a nanofiber based oil-water separation and purification material having a shifted inclined-hole structure, firstly, a melt-spinning method is used for preparing a multi-layer fiber membrane, and then according to the requirements of the size, number and arrangement of holes on each layer of fiber membrane, a puncher is used for punching inclined frustum cone-shaped through holes on the fiber membrane. Finally, according to the requirements of relative positions of the inclined frustum cone-shaped through holes on fiber membranes in different layers, multiple layers of fiber membranes are composited to prepare a nanofiber based oil-water separation and purification material having a shifted inclined-hole structure. The oil-water separation and purification material is a multi-layer composite fiber membrane. Each layer of fiber membrane has a plurality of uniformly distributed inclined frustum cone-shaped through holes.

    Abstract: A gas permeable polytetrafluoroethylene stretched film is prepared by bending power of a modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin and power of a modified fluoropolymer resin and stretching the power of the modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin and the power of the modified fluoropolymer resin. The modified polytetrafluoroethylene resin is copolymerised by mixing a tetrafluoroethylene monomer and a modified monomer. The modified monomer is prepared by reaction of hydroxyethyl acrylate, perfluoroalkylethyl acrylate and isocyanate ethylacrylate. The crystallinity in the system is greatly reduced through the multi-branched structure of the modified polytetrafluoroethylene polymer, and at the same time, the strenching stength of the gas permeable polytetrafluoroethylene stretched film is greatly improved through adding the modified fluoropolymer powder. In this manner, the polytetrafluoroethylene stretched film has strong permeability and waterproofness, thereby having stronger safety.
