    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, a system, a device and a medium for measuring gear tooth profile roughness. The method includes: obtaining design parameters of a target gear pair and test parameters of each tooth profile working point; fitting a measured surface profile and a theoretical tooth profile curve to obtain a surface structure curve; calculating a Hertzian contact width according to the design parameters and the test parameters for each tooth profile working point on the theoretical tooth profile curve, and determining an evaluation length of surface roughness according to the Hertzian contact width; filtering the surface structure curve by means of a filter with a set wavelength to obtain a surface roughness profile; and determining surface roughness parameters of each tooth profile working point in a working area according to the surface roughness profile for each evaluation length.

A weight selection cycle is set, where the weight selection cycle may include at least one backbone network training cycle. The backbone network is trained with sample data in the current weight selection cycle, and a cumulative weight adjustment amount for each weight in the backbone network in the current weight selection cycle is recorded. A target weight for which the cumulative weight adjustment amount meets a preset condition is selected from the backbone network based on the cumulative weight adjustment amount for each weight, and only the target weight in the backbone network is adjusted in a next weight selection cycle, to complete training of the backbone network in the next weight selection cycle based on the adjusted target weight.

The method includes: providing a double-sided grooved silicon matrix of a TOPCon battery; carrying out thermal repair treatment on the silicon matrix; respectively carrying out light injection treatment on the front side and the back side of the silicon matrix after thermal repair treatment, thereby the TOPCon battery substrate is obtained. Thermal repair treatment can greatly increase the overall lattice thermal motion of the silicon substrate, and light is injected into the front side and the back side in the directions of two different light incidence surfaces, so that both the front side and the back side can absorb light, thereby repairing the defects at the interface between the amorphous silicon and the silicon wafer and improving the quality of the PN junctions.
