Abstract: The present invention provides a high-precision identification method and system for substations, including building a Mask RCNN objection recognition network model based on convolutional neural networks; inputting acquired image information of a object into the Mask RCNN object recognition network model for preliminary recognition and outputting a recognition result of the object; using an information entropy to create a semantic decision tree and correcting the recognition result of the object according to a principle of relative correlation between different objects and outputting a final recognition decision result; reading the recognition decision result to obtain a true type of the object to be recognized.

Abstract: Techniques for generation of synthetic queries from customer data for training of document querying machine learning (ML) models as a service are described. A service may receive one or more documents from a user, generate a set of question and answer pairs from the one or more documents from the user using a machine learning model trained to predict a question from an answer, and store the set of question and answer pairs generated from the one or more documents from the user. The question and answer pairs may be used to train another machine learning model, for example, a document ranking model, a passage ranking model, a question/answer model, or a frequently asked question (FAQ) model.

Abstract: The invention employs a folding arm conveyor that rotates horizontally. The folding arm conveyor is mainly composed of an undercarriage mounted on the ground of a stockyard, a tower body mounted on the undercarriage, a balance arm, a conveying arm, a tower top, and other main components, wherein the balance arm, the conveying arm, and the tower top are mounted on the tower body. The conveying arm is provided with two portal frames (I) and (II) and an unloading trolley. The tower body is provided with a gyration apparatus and a hopper. The balance arm is provided with a balance trolley. The folding arm conveyor can rotate horizontally, and the conveying arm can be folded and retraced by controlling the wind rope by the windlass, so that the folding arm conveyor can be prevented from colliding with other devices or buildings during the rotation.

Abstract: A heterogeneous image registration method includes: performing edge detection on collected images, in combination with a curvature scale space strategy to extract contour curved segments in an edge image. Implementing a feature point detection strategy based on global and local curvature detecting feature points in the contour curved segments, and obtaining the nearest minimum local curvature of the feature points pointing to starting and end points of the contour, respectively. Calculating the number of neighborhood sampling points and neighborhood auxiliary feature points of neighborhoods on both edges of each of the feature points according to the nearest minimum local curvature. Using neighborhood auxiliary feature points and feature points to form a feature triangle, calculating an angle bisector vector and a main direction corresponding to the feature point in the feature triangle.

Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchanger apparatus comprising at least one metal sheet (10) (e.g. aluminium), and preferably a plurality in a stack. Abstract: The present invention relates a method for ensuring search completeness of searchable public key encryption, applicable to a blockchain network formed by a plurality of computer nodes.
