Abstract: A method of assessing gut health in a subject is provided. The method involves placing a device on or near the subject's skin and measuring a level of hydrogen gas emanating through the subject's skin. The device includes an electrochemical sensor capable of detecting hydrogen gas and a means of connecting the device to an apparatus having a central processing unit (CPU). The apparatus provides information on hydrogen gas level and the hydrogen gas level is used to assess gut health of the subject.

Abstract: Memory cells of a second sub-block are programmed by pre-charging channels of unselected memory cells connected to the selected word line, boosting the pre-charged channels of unselected memory cells and applying a program voltage to selected non-volatile memory cells connected to the selected word line. The pre-charging includes applying one or more overdrive voltages to word lines connected to memory cells of a first sub-block to provide a conductive path from memory cells of the second sub-block through the first sub-block to a source line and maintaining the word lines connected to memory cells of the first sub-block at one or more overdrive voltages while ramping down signals at the end of the pre-charging. Dummy word lines, positioned between sub-blocks, are maintained at a resting voltage during the boosting in order to cut-off channels of memory cells in the second sub-block from channels of memory cells in the first sub-block.

Abstract: In a non-volatile memory system that performs programming of selected memory cells (in coordination with pre-charging and boosting of channels for unselected memory cells) and program-verify to determine whether the programming was successful, the system transitions from program-verify to the next dose of programming by concurrently lowering a voltage applied to a selected word line and voltages applied to word lines on a first side of the selected word line at the conclusion of program-verify. Subsequent to lowering the voltage applied to the selected word line, the system successively lowers voltages applied to groups of one or more word lines on a second side of the selected word line at the conclusion of program-verify beginning with a group of one or more word lines immediately adjacent the selected word line and progressing to other groups of one or more word lines disposed increasingly remote from the selected word line.

Abstract: An approach is provided in which the approach builds a combination model that includes a normal status model and an abnormal status model. The normal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced normal status records and the abnormal status model is built from a set of time-sequenced abnormal status records. The approach computes a set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values of the normal status model and the abnormal status model based on applying a set of fitting coefficient characteristics to the normal status model and the abnormal status model. The approach performs goal seek analysis on a system using the combination model and the set of time-sequenced coefficient combination values.

The method includes: receiving a service request sent by a host, where the service request includes a first account, and the first account is an account complying with a first protocol; determining a second account corresponding to the first account, where the second account is an account complying with a target protocol; and authenticating the second account. An account complying with a non-target protocol is mapped to an account complying with the target protocol for unified user permission authentication.

Abstract: The present application provides a display device. The display device includes a display panel, a backlight module, and a light-blocking member. The backlight module is defined with a through hole penetrating the backlight module, and the light-blocking member includes a channel corresponding to the through hole. The light-blocking member can isolate other components of the backlight module from the channel to prevent light in the backlight module from irradiating into the channel, thereby solving the problem that the through hole of the backlight module in an existing under-screen camera display devices easily leaks light.

Abstract: A cooling system performance early warning method based on dictionary learning is disclosed. A sensor and an oil pump frequency converter are arranged on a cooler of the cooling system to measure operation data of the cooling system. A PLC controller is installed on the cooler to collect the measured operation data and connected with a cloud server, and the cloud server first performs offline dictionary learning on the data, so as to establish a performance cads warning model for each group of coolers respectively. After the offline dictionary learning stage is completed, an online early warning stage is entered, and the established performance early warning model is used to carry out a real-time performance early warning of the cooling system. The early warning method can use the established performance early warning model to carry out real-time performance early warning, which has the advantages of real-time, realizability and strong pertinence.

The control means ramps a selected word line voltage applied to the word lines from one of the program verify voltages to approximately zero while ramping voltages applied to the bit lines and the source line to a high supply voltage during a pre-charge operation. The control means ramps an assist voltage applied to a pre-charge assist portion of the memory apparatus to generate gate-induced drain leakage current in the strings and pre-charge the channel during the pre-charge operation.

Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of solar cells, and relates to a p-type bifacial solar cell with partial rear surface field passivation and a preparation method therefor. The solar cell includes a p-type silicon substrate. At the bottom portion of the p-type silicon substrate are arranged, from top to bottom, a silicon oxide passivation layer, an aluminum oxide passivation layer and a rear side silicon nitride anti-reflection layer. A plurality of boron source-doped layers are embedded in the bottom portion of the p-type silicon substrate. Connected to the bottom of each of the boron source-doped layers is a rear side metal electrode layer, which penetrates each of the silicon oxide passivation layer, the aluminum oxide passivation layer and the rear side silicon nitride anti-reflection layer.

The target test cases are applied to the first software product and the second software product, and in accordance with a determination that a result of applying the target test cases satisfies a predetermined criterion, an instruction is provided to indicate migrating from the first software product to the second software product. Abstract: The present application relates to a system and method for vehicle battery management, a storage medium, and a server system. The system for vehicle battery management includes: a communications subsystem configured to receive battery signal data in a distributed message queue; a metadata management subsystem configured to store battery information; and a distributed processing subsystem configured to parse the battery signal data based on the battery information, to obtain parsed data and alarm data. In this way, centralized battery management can be implemented, thereby overcoming disadvantages in terms of alarms/warnings generated by the batteries themselves.
