    Abstract: An integrated air valve structure includes a main body and two air valves. The main body is formed with two air passages not communicated with each other, a plurality of through holes disposed corresponding to the two air passages, and two valve mounting seats. One valve mounting seat is disposed corresponding to one of the through holes, the other valve mounting seat is disposed corresponding to two of the through holes belonging to the two air passages. The two air valves are disposed on the two valve mounting seats, each air valves includes an air plug facing at least one of the through holes, a valve body assembled with one of the two valve mounting seats for the air plug to move therein, and a coil disposed on the valve body for generating magnetic force to change a position of the air plug.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and system for predicting a hydration reaction degree of cement based on a cycle generative adversarial network (CycleGAN). The method includes the following steps: S1, acquiring a micro-structure image of a cement paste test specimen; S2, establishing a micro-pore structure image dataset; S3, establishing a cement micro-hydration prediction model based on a CycleGAN; and S4, completing prediction based on a final cement micro-hydration prediction model. A deep learning algorithm is applied to micro-hydration prediction of cement. A complex theoretical formula is replaced with a data driven mode. Dependence on ideal hypotheses is reduced, and the accuracy of prediction on micro-hydration of cement is thus improved.

    Abstract: Provided by the present disclosure is an ultrasonic phased array-based in-situ imaging method for melt flow in injection molding. The ultrasonic phased array is used for the detection of an injection molding process for the first time, and an effective dynamic monitoring imaging method for a melt front position is developed. A melt flow process in a mold cavity is dynamically monitored by collecting an FMC (Full matrix capture) dataset online. A mapping relationship between an incident angle and a target pixel point is established to rapidly determine time delay of each point in a measurement target region, and a melt bottom image is acquired using TFM (Total focusing method) imaging conditions, from which the melt front can be localized. The provided method is high in measurement accuracy, short in imaging time, and capable of effectively improving imaging efficiency of online measurement.

    Abstract: An optimization method for a layering scheme of multilayer injection molding, including: solving a heat transfer equation by using a finite difference method to obtain a cooling time for injection of each layer under different layering schemes, and obtaining a relationship model of a cooling time of a single layer and a layering scheme by fitting; and finally, with an objective of minimizing cooling times of all injection layers and a constraint condition of a total thickness of a product, optimizing a particular layering scheme by using a Lagrange multiplier method. Through optimization by the method, an optimized layering scheme can be obtained, allowing for an effectively shortened injection molding cycle, a reduced production cost, and improved product quality.

The working chamber is provided with a pressure sensing member for sensing a change in the pressure in the chamber, and the pressure in the working chamber is affected by an object connected to the source port. The pressure sensing member is provided with a working pressure range. Furthermore, the detection air faucet includes a working pressure maintaining mechanism implemented by a pressure release structure and a pressure maintaining structure. When the pressure in the working chamber exceeding the working pressure range, the working chamber discharges air by the pressure release structure, and when the pressure in the working chamber is lower than a pressure outside the detection air faucet, the air outside the detection air faucet entering into the working chamber by the pressure maintaining structure.

    Abstract: This application provides a method for fabricating an MOS capacitor based on a SONOS process, including: forming a gate oxide layer on the semiconductor structure, the gate oxide layer covering a SONOS unit region, an MOS capacitor region and other device regions; removing the gate oxide layer on the SONOS unit region and the MOS capacitor region; forming an ONO film layer on the SONOS unit region, the MOS capacitor region, and the gate oxide layer on the other device regions; and performing etching to remove the ONO film layer on the other device regions, and reserve the ONO film layer on the SONOS unit region and the MOS capacitor region. According to this application, the threshold voltage of the MOS capacitor itself is increased and the working voltage of the capacitor in the accumulation region is decreased, thus greatly improving the voltage withstand performance of the MOS capacitor.
