    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing concentrated high-protein yogurt before fermentation, belonging to the technical field of dairy product processing. The method for preparing the concentrated high-protein yogurt before fermentation in the present disclosure includes: enabling a high-protein base material with a decalcification rate of 21.8-44.2% to be subjected to heat treatment at pH of 6.6-6.8 and temperature of 80-95° C. for 10-30 min; after that, cooling to 40-45° C., adding 0.05-0.2% (w/w) of a starter, and carrying out high end-point pH fermentation at 40-45° C. until the pH drops to 4.8-5.0; and then, performing low-temperature after-ripening to obtain the high-protein yogurt. Compared with high-protein yogurt prepared by a whey discharge process after fermentation, the concentrated high-protein yogurt prepared according to the present disclosure has similar or better soft texture, delicate taste, water holding capacity and digestibility, and is higher in calcium content.

    Abstract: A method for pretreatment of a biological sample for radionuclides measurement using gamma-spectroscopy includes the following steps: (1) subjecting the biological sample to washing, air-drying for surface water removal, and weighing to obtain a clean and dry sample, and grinding and pulping the clean and dry sample or cutting the clean and dry sample into sections to obtain a sample pulp or sample sections; (2) spraying the sample pulp or sample sections with liquid nitrogen for quick-freezing to obtain a frozen sample; (3) transferring the frozen sample into a vacuum lyophilizer, and lyophilizing the frozen sample to obtain a lyophilized sample; (4) collecting, weighing, grinding, and sieving the lyophilized sample to obtain a biological lyophilized powder; and (5) filling the biological lyophilized powder into a weighed sample box, tamping or compacting, sealing, and weighing to obtain a to-be-measured sample for the radionuclide measurement using gamma-spectroscopy.

    Abstract: A box-type substation, an energy storage power supply system, and a photovoltaic power generation system. The box-type substation includes a low-voltage cabinet, a high-voltage cabinet, a transformer, a first keychain, and a second keychain. When two circuit breakers in the low-voltage cabinet are in a switched-on state, each of the first keychain and the second keychain is locked at a corresponding circuit breaker. Therefore, when maintenance is performed on the transformer, the circuit breakers in the low-voltage cabinet are switched off first to remove the first keychain and the second keychain. Then, the first keychain and the second keychain are used together to switch off a disconnector in the high-voltage cabinet, and the first keychain and the second keychain are locked at the disconnector when the disconnector is in a switched-off state. Mechanical lock logic of the box-type substation is simple with high efficiency.
