  • Publication number: 20190259768
Abstract: The present disclosure describes apparatuses and methods for manufacturing programmable memory devices with optimized gate oxide thickness. In some aspects, lithography masks are used to fabricate oxide gates for programmable memory devices of an integrated-circuit (IC) die that are thinner than oxide gates fabricated for processor core devices of the IC die. In other aspects, lithography masks are used to fabricate oxide gates for the programmable memory devices of the IC die such that they are thicker than the oxide gates fabricated for the processor core devices of the IC die. By so doing, the programmable memory devices can be manufactured with optimized gate oxide thickness that may reduce programming voltage or increase device reliability of the programmable memory devices.

  • Publication number: 20190258084
Abstract: A method of assembling an adjustable fluid-filled lens assembly comprising biaxially tensioning an elastomeric membrane to a surface tension of greater than 180 N/m, typically greater than 1000 N/m; thermally conditioning the tensioned membrane, e.g., for one hour at a temperature of about 80° C., to accelerate relaxation of the membrane; mounting the membrane to a peripheral support structure whilst maintaining the tension in the membrane; assembling the mounted membrane with one or more other components to form an enclosure with the membrane forming one wall of the enclosure; and thereafter filling the enclosure with a fluid. The membrane may be formed from an aromatic polyurethane, and the fluid may be a phenylated siloxane. In some embodiments, the membrane is able to hold a substantially constant surface tension of at least 180 N/m for a period of at least 12 months.

Abstract: A dual-port memory including a first memory array and at least one address decoder. The first memory array includes memory cells and two ports for each of the memory cells. The at least one address decoder generates word line signals for concurrent access to two ports of one or more cells of the memory cells in a same row of the first memory array. Each of the word line signals is generated to perform a read operation. Pulse widths of the word line signals for the read operations are proportional to a ratio of (i) a reference amount of cell current of a cell of a reference memory array to (ii) an amount of cell current of the one or more cells of the plurality of memory cells in a same row of the first memory array.
