    Abstract: A vehicle system includes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon. The instructions, upon execution by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to store a plurality of passenger profiles regarding passengers of a vehicle, acquire passenger identifying data regarding a present passenger in the vehicle, identify a respective passenger profile associated with the present passenger from the plurality of passenger profiles based on the passenger identifying data, and control a speaker positioned within the vehicle based at least in part on a pre-stored physical characteristic included with the respective passenger profile to emit noise-canceling sound waves to generate a noise suppression zone to suppress sound waves perceived by the present passenger. Each of the plurality of passenger profiles includes the pre-stored physical characteristic of a respective passenger associated therewith.

A print system may include a housing, a holder to hold the print consumable, a print head, a transceiver, a trace antenna for reading an RFID tag of the print consumable, and a controller. The controller may be configured to receive a signal from the transceiver indicative of one or more of the print counter, the SKU code, and the consumable authentication code received from the RFID antenna.

The outer gas-permeable layer expands and fractures in response to absorbing a gas. The inter-substrate bond structure includes an outer bond layer coupled to the outer gas-permeable layer. The outer bond layer forms an initial thermocompression bond with a mating layer on a second substrate. The initial thermocompression bond bonds the first substrate to the second substrate with the inter-substrate bond structure. The fracture in the inter-substrate bond structure debonds the first substrate from the second substrate while leaving a first portion of the inter-substrate bond structure attached to the first substrate.

    Abstract: Vaccines that elicit broadly protective anti-influenza antibodies. Some vaccines comprise nanoparticles that display HA trimers from influenza virus on their surface. The nanoparticles are fusion proteins comprising a monomeric subunit (e.g., ferritin) joined to the stem region of an influenza HA protein. The fusion proteins self-assemble to form the HA-displaying nanoparticles. The vaccines comprise only the stem region of an influenza HA protein joined to a trimerization domain. Also provided are fusion proteins, and nucleic acid molecules encoding such proteins, and assays using nanoparticles of the invention to detect anti-influenza antibodies.

    Abstract: Systems for and methods for generating precise structure reconstruction using slice and view images, are disclosed. An example method comprises, obtaining a slice and view images of a sample that depicts a 3D fiducial and cross-sections of a structure in the sample. The 3D fiducial is configured such that when a layer of material having a uniform thickness is removed from a surface of the sample that includes the 3D fiducial the cross-sectional shape of the 3D fiducial in the new surface is consistent. Relative positions are determined between the 3D fiducial the cross-sections of the structure in individual images. Positional relationships are then determined between the cross-sections of the structure in different images in a common reference frame based on the relative positions.

In some embodiments, a hydraulic boost assembly may build pressure from a cycling of well fluid pressures for later use by the system.
