  • Publication number: 20020109713
Abstract: A method and system for interactively organizing a web site for display within a computer network (80), wherein the computer network (80) has at least one client (92) connectable to one or more servers (88). A user is automatically guided through a predefined discovery path (104) leading to particular information objects. Such a predefined discovery path (104) is a guided discovery section (104) of a web site that permits users to explore processes with which they have limited experience. As users build their understanding of such processes, particular information objects (158, 162) may be deposited into a workspace (114) section of the web site as work-related destination objects (158, 162). The user is permitted to retrieve at least one particular information object (158) for use in organizing the web site displayed within the computer network (80), in response to completion of the predefined discovery path (104).

  • Patent number: 6099931
Abstract: In order to provide an insulation system for internal thermal insulation of a pressure chamber which can be subjected to pressure by a gas flow, the system being constructed for arrangement at an inner surface of an outer jacket of the pressure chamber and comprising at least one layer of insulating material, whereby good thermal insulation can be obtained with little maintenance work, it is proposed that the insulation system should comprise means for equalizing pressure between the insulating material and an internal chamber, which means are arranged over a large area relative to a surface of a layer of insulating material.

  • Patent number: 6098269
Abstract: A transfer line with devices for conveying work pieces along the central bases, lateral bases set up along the sides of the central bases on which the processing units are mounted so as to be capable of displacement, and supply devices for the processing stations. In order to improve access to the transfer line and simplify component units, the following features are proposed: a) the supply devices along the direction of travel of the work pieces are arranged exclusively within or in the region of and/or above the central bases; b) the supply devices are connected to each processing station via short detachable connecting pieces; c) shut-off devices are provided at least in the main lines for hydraulics, lubrication, pneumatics etc.; and d) at least one control block with valves is provided between the shut-off devices and the processing station.

  • Patent number: 4081209
Abstract: Headgear incorporating an optical display system comprising, an optical data source mounted within the headgear above the level of the wearer's eyes, an image combiner having a spherical reflecting surface directed inwardly of the helmet and intercepting the wearer's forward line-of-sight, and a prism positioned and dimensioned so that a collimated, aberration free virtual image of the data source is presented to the wearer as a result of reflection of rays transmitted from the data source by way of the prism to the spherical reflector. Such aberration as is introduced by the prism compensates for aberration introduced by the spherical reflector.
