    Abstract: An energy source is offset from an elongate probe axis with an extension. The amount of offset of the energy source can be controlled by varying an amount of offset of the extension. The energy source rotated and translated at the offset distance to resect tissue. In some embodiments, the probe is configured to receive a second treatment probe comprising a second energy source, in which the second energy source is rotated and translated relative to the first treatment probe, which can improve positional accuracy and stability. The energy source and the extension can be coupled to a linkage to offset the energy source, and to translate and rotate the energy source with varying amounts of offset. The linkage can be coupled to a processor and one or more of the energy source moved in accordance with a treatment profile.

The method includes: receiving a payment transaction from the mobile device; identifying the payment transaction as an authentication request by determining that the payment transaction includes a predefined transaction charge amount; based on the predefined transaction charge amount, processing the authentication request as a transaction request to reveal a cryptogram; decrypting the cryptogram to determine resulting information; verifying the authentication code that was generated by the payment card and wirelessly transmitted to the mobile device; approving the authentication request based on the verification; and, activating the payment card that enables the mobile device to complete transactions involving the payment card.

The token management circuit enables a graphical user interface on a customer device over the network that can be used to generate new token requests, re-provision token requests, and management requests. The management requests enable and disable tokens, such that transactions against a payment card account using an enabled token are completed, and transactions against the payment card account using a disabled token are denied.
