Abstract: A computer system includes a token repository configured to store payment tokens, and a server system. The server system includes a processor and instructions stored in non-transitory machine-readable media, the instructions configured to cause the server system to receive a request to provision a payment token based on a financial product, wherein the request includes information related to the financial product, provision a payment token based on the token request, including authenticating the financial product based on the financial product information and generating the payment token upon authenticating the financial product, wherein the payment token is useable to make a payment via the financial product, and store the payment token in the token repository.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a request to open an account associated with a customer, information regarding the account, and a mobile device identifier. The mobile device identifier is received from a third-party computing system based on a first wireless communication between the mobile device and the third-party computing system. The method includes validating the mobile device as belonging to the customer based on the received mobile device identifier and binding the mobile device identifier to the customer based on the validation. The method includes establishing the account for the customer based on the received information regarding the account and generating a token for the account. In response to establishing the account and generating the token, the token is provided to the third-party computing system and provisioned to the validated mobile device via a second wireless communication between the mobile device and the third-party computing system.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit information identifying a monitoring capability. The UE may monitor, in accordance with the monitoring capability, a configured set of control channel elements (CCEs) for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) decoding for a scheduled cell of a set of scheduled cells, a scheduled cell, of the set of scheduled cells, being associated with a configured set of carrier indicator field values, the monitoring being based at least in part on at least one of a CCE budget, a PDCCH blind decode budget, or a downlink control information (DCI) size budget, the CCE budget or the PDCCH blind decode budget being on a per subcarrier spacing (SCS) configuration basis. The UE may decode DCI in one or more CCEs of the monitored configured set of CCEs. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the cross carrier scheduling of sidelink carrier aggregation, and includes a method and apparatus for determining a component carrier (CC) index for at least one of a first sidelink transmission with a second UE and a Uu transmission with a network entity, the CC index indicating one or more CCs among which at least one of the first sidelink transmission and the Uu transmission occur; and communicating at least one of the first sidelink transmission to the second UE and the Uu transmission to the network entity based on the CC index.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receiving information identifying a timing and position for a transition from a first synchronization signal block associated with a first cell to a second synchronization signal block associated with a second cell, wherein the first cell and the second cell have a common physical cell index and a common frequency. The UE may tune from the first synchronization signal block to the second synchronization signal block in accordance with the timing and position. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for wireless communication devices to update transmission configuration indicator states (TCI-states), spatial relation (SR) indicators (SRIs), or pathloss reference signals (PL-RSs) for a group of two or more component carriers (CCs) for multi-component carrier communication. A radio access network (RAN) node may generate a message indicating one or more TCI-states, one or more SRs, or one or more PL-RSs to utilize for multi-CC communication. The message may include an index identifying a group of two or more CCs of a plurality of access CCs or a plurality of sidelink CCs associated with the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs. A user equipment (UE) may receive the message and update the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs for the group of two or more CC for the multi-CC communication based on the message.

Abstract: Systems and method for configuring and providing discontinuous reception (DRX) operations in sidelink (SL) mode 1 and mode 2 are disclosed. A first user equipment (UE) may operate in DRX communications with a second UE over a SL while concurrently maintaining DRX communications with a base station. In some embodiments, DRX operations may include the first UE monitoring for either one or both of transmissions in a downlink from a base station and in the SL from the second UE during an active period of a DRX cycle of the DRX configuration. In embodiments, the UE may extend the active period associated with the DRX cycle when control information from either the base station or the second UE is received. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Methods and systems of exchanging data using payment cards with universal reference numbers are disclosed. A merchant computing system includes a merchant input/output assembly receiving a universal reference number from a customer at a point of sale. A merchant database retrievably stores a plurality of universal reference numbers and customer information associated with each of the plurality of universal reference numbers. A transaction circuit receives the universal reference number from the merchant input/output assembly, retrieves customer information associated with the universal reference number, and provides an output relating to a transaction based on the customer information.

Abstract: To facilitate SL dormancy, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided. An example method of a UE includes monitoring for SCI in a first CC and refraining from monitoring for the SCI in a second CC, the first CC corresponding to a non-dormant CC, the second CC corresponding to a dormant CC. The method further includes receiving, from a second UE, the SCI in the first CC. The method further includes receiving, from the second UE, a PSSCH in the first CC or the second CC.

Abstract: Methods and systems of managing payment cards are disclosed. A financial institution computing system includes a token database storing a plurality of tokens and token information, a network interface circuit enabling the financial institution computing system to exchange information over a network; and a token management circuit. The token management circuit enables a graphical user interface on a customer device over the network that can be used to generate new token requests, re-provision token requests, and management requests. The management requests enable and disable tokens, such that transactions against a payment card account using an enabled token are completed, and transactions against the payment card account using a disabled token are denied.
