  • Publication number: 20190312794
Abstract: Examples herein relate to developing an orchestration plan. Examples disclose the development of a representation of a set of services wherein each service relates to other services via different types of relationships. The examples apply a set of dependency rules for each type of relationship at each service within the set of services such that the application of the set of dependency rules creates inter-service dependencies between state transitions of the set of services. Based on the creation of the inter-service dependencies, the orchestration plan is developed which includes a sequenced order of the state transitions for the set of services.

  • Patent number: 10389611
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to managing communication over a network with traffic management computers (TMCs). If network traffic that is statelessly monitored is selected for stateful monitoring, the TMCs may perform operations to transition from stateless monitoring to stateful monitoring with minimal disruption of users/clients. TMCs may receive the network traffic that include network packets. If the network packets are statelessly monitored by the TMCs one or more stateless network management operations may be performed on the network packets. If the network packets may be statefully monitored the TMCs may perform stateful network management operations on the network packets.

  • Patent number: 10318843
Abstract: An apparatus that includes a computer server having processing circuitry operatively coupled to a memory and a communication interface is provided. A remote image capture device is communicatively coupled to the computer server via the communication interface. The apparatus acquires a captured image of a storage system from the image capture device. The apparatus identifies a pair of physical items in the image, including determining identities of each item of the pair of physical items, and identifying locations in the storage system of each physical item of the pair of physical items. The apparatus processes the image to measure a physical proximity between the pair of physical items, and generates or updates a measure of similarity between the pair of physical items based on the measured physical proximity. The apparatus can also process multiple images to determine similarity between different storage systems or associated persons based on item proximities.
