Abstract: The present invention provides a tray device in a sports action pose. The device includes a body, a tray, and a base. The body includes a front, a back, and a head. The device's sports action pose contributes to a more stable tray than conventional trays, which is beneficial when multiple objects are unevenly placed on the tray or when the tray is bumped. In additional to a food/beverage tray, the device may also include a cup holder, which is especially useful for tailgating parties. The tray can be disassembled or folded which makes it easier to transport and store the device.

Abstract: A closure arrangement comprises a first side with a first plurality of closure elements and a second side with a second plurality of closure elements. A slider is moveably positioned on the first side and an insertion pin assembly is positioned on the second side. The insertion pin assembly includes a mouth defined between an inner jaw and an outer jaw and an insertion pin positioned within the mouth. The mouth is configured to receive the slider and the insertion pin is configured for insertion into the slider.

At least one wheel is rotatably positioned on the slider and configured to engage the plurality of zipper elements. The at least one wheel may include a first wheel configured to engage a first plurality of zipper elements and a second wheel configured to engage a second plurality of zipper elements within a slider. The slider may be generally triangular or trapezoidal in shape. Accordingly, the slider and includes a first end configured to pass disengaged zipper elements and a second end configured pass engaged zipper elements, wherein the second end is wider than the first end. The slider also includes a window configured to display at least a portion of the first wheel and the second wheel.

Abstract: One embodiment of the invention sets forth a hand-held electronics device for recording digital video that includes a housing, a processor disposed within the housing, and a data connector coupled to the processor such that data can be transmitted to and from the processor through the data connector. The data connector includes an arm rotationally coupled to the housing, and an adapter portion matable with a corresponding adapter of a computer system. The data connector forms a portion of a top part or a bottom part of the housing when in a retracted position. Among other things, the disclosed hand-held electronics device advantageously enables a user to easily, with one hand, hold the hand-held electronics device and slide the trigger with a thumb or other finger to release the data connector into the extended position.

Abstract: The invention features a method of selling dosage forms without a prescription. In accordance with one aspect of the invention, the dosage forms are sold in a container displayed on a retail shelf without outer secondary packaging. The container preferably is made of a material through which the dosage forms are visible. In accordance with another aspect of the invention, the container has at least one substantially flat side wall and is laid on a retail display shelf on its substantially flat side wall. The container may be formed to have only one plane of symmetry. At least one of the side walls of the container may be formed to facilitate gripping of the container.
