The forward section of the cover includes a first end from which a means for cutting extends. The base includes a semicircular tape holding portion having a first side opposite a second side, a mounting surface and an inner surface. The inner surface of the base includes a means for gripping the dispenser. The base also includes an arm, a land area extending at an angle from the arm and an edge extending an angle from the land area. The edge is disposed substantially parallel to and proximate to the second sidewall of the cover.

Abstract: An article support device for vertical mounting on a wall surface includes a base plate having opposed front and rear major surfaces, an upper edge, a lower edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge, and a cover plate having opposed front and rear major surfaces, an upper edge, a lower edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge. The base plate front surface and the cover plate rear surface include a raised connecting portion and a cooperating recess configured to engage by horizontal sliding engagement such that when the device is mounted vertically on a wall surface, any load applied to the cover plate creates a force in a direction generally perpendicular to the direction of horizontal sliding engagement between the base plate and the cover plate. A method of mounting a hook on a vertical surface using the article support device is also disclosed.

Abstract: A tape dispenser including a cutting mechanism is disclosed that allows for improved access to the mandrel during reloading. The tape dispenser comprises a base, a cover, and a mandrel disposed within the base and cover. The cover is capable of securely engaging with the base. The base, the cover, and the mandrel are connected along a pivot point. The cover actuates the mandrel to an open, loading position.

Abstract: A head (1) for a strip mop comprises a hollow dome-shaped body (3) which is attachable at its top to one end of an elongate mop handle (4). Web material is secured within the body (3) so that a portion hangs down from the base of the dome-shaped body to provide the cleaning substrate (2) of the mop. To facilitate access to confined areas of a surface that is being cleaned, such as corners, the base of the dome-shaped body (3) of the mop head has the general form of an equilateral triangle. A spacer (17, FIG. 4) is provided between two adjacent layers of the web material within the dome-shaped body, to enhance the volume of the cleaning substrate (2); and a peripheral skirt (8) of a more resilient material is provided at the base of the wall of the dome-shaped body (3) to reduce the risk of damage to surfaces that might be impacted by the mop head (1) when in use.

Abstract: The present invention relates to methods of making articles for storing and organizing materials. One method includes the steps of (1) providing first and second panels that are substantially similar in geometry as defined by a perimeter, each panel having opposing inside and outside surfaces; (2) cutting an opening in the first panel; (3) attaching the first and second panels along their perimeters such that the inside surface of the panels are proximate to each other; and (4) applying means for attaching the article to a display surface on at least a portion of the outside surface of the second panel.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an article for storing and organizing materials. The article has opposing front and rear panels. Each panel has an inside surface and an outside surface. The panels are substantially similar in geometry as defined by a perimeter. The panels are joined substantially along the entire perimeter such that at the inside surface of the front panel is proximate to the inside surface of the rear panel. An opening disposed within the front panel away from the perimeter. Finally, an adhesive disposed on at least a portion of the outside surface of the rear panel. A stack of a plurality of the articles is also provided.

Abstract: A tilt latch for a window having a housing with a top plate and a base member. The top plate has an upper surface and a bottom surface and one or more sidewalls extending downwardly from the bottom surface of the top plate. The top plate has a first front recessed portion and a second front recessed portion, as well as a first rear recessed portion and a second rear recessed portion. The first front recessed portion and second front recessed portion are separated from each other by a front tongue member. The first rear recessed portion and second rear recessed portion are separated by a rear tongue member. The tongue member allows the top plate to lock to the base member.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a dispenser apparatus for holding and retaining a stack of sheets, such as notepapers or index flags, and for individually dispensing the sheets, wherein the sheets are arranged in a Z-fold manner within the stack, comprising a single dispenser platform having clamping means being part of the dispenser platform for as well holding and clamping the stack in the dispenser apparatus. The invention further relates to a cover device having such dispenser apparatus.
