Abstract: The invention relates to determining a model of a cardiac implant deployed in a cardiac region of a patient. A database including a plurality of different records is provided, each record including at least data representative of an image of a cardiac region and an associated model of the cardiac implant deployed in said cardiac region. A patient-specific image of the cardiac region for which the model of the cardiac implant deployed in said cardiac region is to be determined, is received. An approximation of the patient-specific image of the cardiac region is calculated based on a weighted combination of images of the cardiac region in a plurality of records. The model of the cardiac implant deployed in the cardiac region associated to the patient-specific image of said cardiac region is determined based on weighted combination of models of the cardiac implant associated to the images of the cardiac region in the plurality of records used for approximating said patient-specific image of the cardiac region.

  • Publication number: 20250137548
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a valve, comprising a main plunger for controlling a main volume flow and comprising a pilot-control plunger for controlling a pilot-control volume flow. The main and pilot-control plungers are longitudinally moveably guided in a valve housing and the pilot-control plunger can be actuated by a magnetic device. The position of the main plunger can be adjusted by the pilot-control plunger in that a fluid pressure at the main plunger is communicated, via a fluid connection, into the pilot control chamber containing the pilot-control piston, which keeps the main plunger in its closed position blocking the main volume flow when the magnetic device is not actuated. When the magnetic device is actuated, the pilot-control plunger moves into a position in which the fluid pressure falls in the pilot-control chamber until the main plunger moves into an open position controlling the main volume flow.

  • Publication number: 20250142747
Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for managing chassis of data processing systems are disclosed. The chassis may be managed by reversibly attaching them to structural members such as rails. When so attached, the chassis may be fixedly held in a position. To facilitate access to an interior of the chassis, the chassis may be detached from the structural member and moved to a maintenance position. To detach the chassis from the structural member, the chassis may include a latch. The latch may be positioned in an ear of the chassis and may be protected by a frame. The frame may include a recess, hole, or other feature to facilitate access to the latch. The access may allow application of force to a single portion of the latch to rotate or otherwise actuate the latch. Actuation of the latch may facilitate detachment of the chassis from the structural member.

  • Publication number: 20250135039
Abstract: The present disclosure includes MGMT modifications that cause MGMT resistance to MGMT inhibitors. The present disclosure also includes in vivo, in vitro, and ex vivo modification of MGMT-encoding nucleic acids to encode and express an MGMT variant that is resistant to MGMT inhibitors. Inhibitor-resistant MGMT modifications and modification of an MGMT-encoding nucleic can occur or be used in conjunction with a therapeutic modification, e.g., in a single cell. Expression of inhibitor-resistant MGMT can selectively protect modified cells from a selection regimen, such as a selection regimen including an MGMT inhibitor and an alkylating agent. Accordingly, in vivo, in vitro, and ex vivo modification of MGMT-encoding nucleic acids can be used in gene therapy to select for modified cells.

  • Publication number: 20250137372
Abstract: A cylinder/reciprocating-piston device for a compressed air engine includes a hollow cylinder having a hollow-cylinder wall defining a pressure space, a piston that is movable the pressure space, and valves that respectively open/close valve flow channels in the hollow-cylinder wall. The hollow-cylinder has a surface that delimits the pressure space in a radial direction, a ceiling wall that axially upwardly delimits the pressure space, a floor wall that axially downwardly delimits the pressure space, and a piston-rod opening in the floor- and/or ceiling wall that slidably guide(s) a piston rod. The piston divides the pressure space into a first pressure chamber between the piston and the ceiling wall, and a second pressure chamber between the piston and the floor wall. A minimum flow-cross section of one or more of the valve flow channels is preferably at least 10% of the effective cross-sectional surface area of the piston.

  • Publication number: 20250141871
Abstract: The present application describes systems and methods for network-based blocking threat intelligence. An access control list (ACL) generator may modify ACLs and provide modified ACLs to provider edge routers based on the capabilities of the provider edge routers. In some cases, an additional provider edge router that is more capable of implementing longer ACLs may be used. In some cases, a collector may identify when threat communications are bypassing provider edge routers with limited ACL lengths and provide the customer an opportunity to buy a better router or access to an additional router that supports longer or additional ACLs. A threat intelligence system may update (e.g., continuously update) the ACL provided to the ACL generator, and the ACL generator may accordingly update the modified ACLs provided to the provider edge routers.

  • Publication number: 20250139317
Abstract: A harvesting program system iteratively generates current harvesting programs for performance by harvesting equipment on a mushroom bed. The system receives current mushroom bed data corresponding to the mushroom bed including growing mushrooms at the current times. The system processes the current mushroom bed data using a mushroom bed model to generate current virtual mushroom beds corresponding to current states of the mushroom bed at the current times. The mushroom bed model is trained using labelled training mushroom bed data including known values of the mushroom bed, and using previously-generated virtual mushroom beds corresponding to predicted states of the mushroom bed. The system generates using the mushroom bed model predicted virtual mushroom beds corresponding to predicted states of the mushroom bed at future times. The system generates current harvesting programs based on the predicted virtual mushroom beds, and transmits them performance by the harvesting equipment on the mushroom bed.
