  • Patent number: 11784988
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a data integrity system for transmission of data. A computing platform may detect transmission of data to a second enterprise computing device, and may intercept the data content in transmission. Then, the computing platform may convert the data content to an electronic file in a standardized textual format. Then, the computing platform may add an alert message to a message queue indicating that the electronic file is available for processing. Subsequently, the computing platform may cause one or more content processors to process the electronic file to identify a portion of the data content for review prior to transmission, and output a notification message to the message queue providing information related to the identified portion. Then, the computing platform may modify the data content, generate a link to the modified data content, and provide the generated link to the second enterprise computing device.

  • Patent number: 11779206
Abstract: An OCT axial length measurement device is configured to measure an area of the retina within a range from about 0.05 mm to about 2.0 mm. The area can be measured with a scanned measurement beam or plurality of substantially fixed measurement beams. The OCT measurement device may comprise a plurality of reference optical path lengths, in which a first optical path length corresponds to a first position of a cornea, and a second optical path length corresponds to a second position of the retina, in which the axial length is determined based on a difference between the first position and the second position. An axial length map can be generated to determine alignment of the eye with the measurement device and improve accuracy and repeatability of the measurements. In some embodiments, the OCT measurement device comprises a swept source vertical cavity surface emitting laser (“VCSEL”).

  • Patent number: 11781775
Abstract: A hybrid system and method for conditioning air for an enclosed space can include a direct cooling system in combination with an indirect cooling system. The hybrid system can use direct cooling when ambient temperature and humidity levels are such that 100% outdoor air can be delivered to the enclosed space. The hybrid system can use indirect cooling when 100% of the return air can be conditioned using an external cooling unit and then returned to the enclosed space as supply air. The external cooling unit can include an evaporative cooler and operate in a dry mode and a wet mode. The external cooling unit can produce a reduced temperature cooling fluid and provide liquid cooling to the air when the system is operating in the indirect mode, and in some cases, in the direct mode. The hybrid system can operate in a mixed mode in which the external cooling unit is off and a mix of return air and outdoor air can be delivered to the enclosed space.

  • Patent number: 11785274
Abstract: The systems and method disclosed herein address introduce identifiers within the individual entitlement management messages (EMMs) addressed to that client that uniquely identify the combination of system and subscriber account to which the client is deployed, and use of them to issue automatic ‘factory reset’ behavior when the client is re-authorized for the new subscriber. In one embodiment, the EMM messages used to trigger the reset behavior are cryptographically signed specifically for the individual client to ensure that such a message cannot be maliciously sent by an untrusted third party. The facility to deliver such a message is already available within the conditional access system (CAS).

  • Patent number: 11784811
Abstract: Fault-tolerant storage of cryptographic information maintained on a fleet of HSMs may be provided by dividing the cryptographic information into a number of stripes which are distributed and stored on individual HSMs in the HSM fleet. Parity information is generated which allows one or more stripes to be regenerated if one or more stripes becomes corrupt or is lost. The parity information may be stored on an HSM in the HSM fleet, or outside the fleet on a storage service, HSM management hub, tangible computer-readable media, or other device. If an HSM in the HSM fleet fails, resulting in the loss of a stripe, an HSM in the fleet can recover the missing stripe by re-creating the missing stripe from the remaining stripes combined with the parity information. In some examples, stripes are mirrored within the fleet of HSMs.

  • Patent number: RE49692
Abstract: An apparatus generates an image signal in which pixels are encoded in N-bit words which encode at least a luma per pixel. A receiver (201) obtains high dynamic range pixel values in accordance with a first color representation in M-bitwords. A first generator (203) includes the high dynamic range pixel values in the image signal in the N-bit words according to a second color representation. A second generator (205) includes in the image signal an indicator that high dynamic range pixel values are encoded. In some examples, the high dynamic range pixel values may be provided in a segment that can alternatively contain high or low dynamic range pixel values, and the indicator may indicate which type of data is included. The approach may e.g. facilitate introduction of high dynamic range capability into e.g. HDMI systems.
