  • Publication number: 20210039467
Abstract: A method for controlling vehicle motion is described. The method includes accessing a set of control signals including a measured vehicle speed value associated with a movement of a vehicle. A control signal associated with user-induced input is also accessed. The method compares the measured vehicle speed value with a predetermined vehicle speed threshold value to achieve a speed value threshold approach status, and then compares the set of values to achieve a user-induced input threshold value approach status. The method monitors a state of a valve within the vehicle suspension damper, and determines a control mode for the vehicle suspension damper. The method also regulates damping forces within the vehicle suspension damper.

  • Publication number: 20210037699
Abstract: An agricultural planting implement includes a number of row units. The row units include one or more seed meters for receiving, singulating, and dispensing seed to the ground such that preferred spacing of subsequent seed is attained. A seed meter provides seeds one at time to a seed carrier, such as a brush wheel. The brush wheel may move the seeds one at a time to a seed conveyor by directly moving seeds along a curved portion of a seed disc in the seed meter. The seed conveyor may be a flighted belt, and the velocity of the seeds when transferred from the seed carrier may match the velocity of the flighted belt. The seed conveyor conveys the seeds to a position near the bottom of a furrow, and ejects the seeds with little or no horizontal velocity relative to the bottom of the furrow.

  • Publication number: 20210044502
Abstract: For a multi-tenant environment, some embodiments of the invention provide a novel method for forwarding tenant traffic through a set of service machines to perform a set of service operations on the tenant traffic. In some embodiments, the method performs a classification operation on a data message flow of a tenant, in order to identify a set of service operations to perform on the data message flow. For some data message flows, the classification operation selects the identified set of service operations from several candidate sets of service operations that are viable service operation sets for similar data message flows of the tenant. In some embodiments, the classification operation is based on a set of attributes associated with the data message flow (e.g., five tuple identifier, i.e., protocol and source and destination ports and IP addresses).

  • Publication number: 20210044916
Abstract: Determination of an acoustic filter for incorporating local effects of room modes within a target area is presented herein. A model of the target area is determined based in part on a three-dimensional virtual representation of the target area. In some embodiments, the model is selected from a group of candidate models. Room modes of the target area are determined based on a shape and/or dimensions of the model. The room mode parameters are determined based on at least one of the room modes and the position of a user within the target area. The room mode parameters describe an acoustic filter that as applied to audio content, simulates acoustic distortion at the position of the user and at frequencies associated with the at least one room mode. The acoustic filter is generated at a headset based on the room mode parameter and is used to present audio content.

  • Publication number: 20210044894
Abstract: A loudspeaker includes a sound channel extending between the vibrating region of a membrane and the outer side of the loudspeaker, the central axis of the sound channel extending perpendicular to the membrane. The sound channel includes a wave front shaping portion arranged to transform the substantially flat wave front of the sound emitted from the membrane into a wave front having a cross section in the shape of a circular segment. The wave front shaping portion is divided into multiple sub-channels by divider walls that extend from an entrance opening to an exit opening of the wave front shaping portion. Seen in cross section the side walls of each sub-channel converge towards each other from the entrance opening to the exit opening. The centre line of each of the divider walls, seen in cross section, converge towards each other adjacent the exit opening.

  • Patent number: 10917192
Abstract: A communication system receives a jammed signal including a sequence of complex numbers encoding one or combination of symbols transmitted by multiple transmitters. The system transforms the sequence of complex numbers into an image of real numbers having at least two columns and multiple rows, with real values of real and imaginary parts of each complex number forming different columns but the same row of the first image, processes the image with a neural network trained to suppress the wideband signal in the received signal, and detects the symbols transmitted by the transmitters from the de-jammed signal.
