The primer layer is adhered to the substrate and includes a first polymer binder and large ceramic particles, the midcoat layer includes a first fluoropolymer composition and inorganic whiskers, and the topcoat layer includes a second fluoropolymer composition.

Abstract: Depigmenting topical compositions and their uses are described. In particular, the described compositions can provide improved effectiveness in the dermatological treatment of pigmentation, without disadvantages experienced with other known compositions. The described topical compositions can comprise, in a physiologically acceptable medium, from 3% to 10% of rucinol or one of its salts. Also described, are methods of use treating pigmentation disorders of the skin with the described compositions.

Abstract: A method of treating or preventing acute erythema in a human in need thereof by topical administration of an effective amount of an alpha adrenergic receptor agonist or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is claimed. The preferred alpha adrenergic receptor agonist is brimonidine. The transformations are supplied and decomposed into sequences of control units. The transformation of documents consists of applying control unit sequences to input documents. The control units are themselves executed by a set of dedicated hardware resources. Furthermore the pipeline is capable of operating on more than one document at a time. Fast document transformation is a key capability of document processing systems. The use of parallel processing techniques and hardware that implements highly specialized transformation resources make this invention particularly scalable for its use in large, high speed content networks.
