  • Publication number: 20100027174
Abstract: The integrated circuit may include at least one electronic protection circuit for protecting against at least one electrostatic discharge and being able to discharge the overvoltage current generated by the electrostatic discharge. The electronic protection circuit includes a controlled short-circuiting switch embodied in CMOS technology including a CMOS technology TRIAC or a CMOS technology thyristor arranged in anti-parallel with a CMOS technology diode, and a triggering circuit for controlling the short-circuiting switch.

  • Publication number: 20080218919
Abstract: Circuit nodes are identified which, in unpowered mode, can be charged with positive or negative charges but cannot be discharged. Then protective elements are added to allow the discharge of these nodes. These elements do not affect the operation of the circuit in powered mode. Discharges of the two polarities are handled, positive and negative. The circuit is thus more resistant to ESD and passes CDM tests.

  • Patent number: 6858668
Abstract: This invention relates to a process for the preparation of aqueous emulsions of blocked (poly)isocyanates, this process comprising the steps consisting successively in: a) placing an isocyanate composition containing free isocyanate functions in contact with at least one blocking agent A in the presence of a surfactant B and an aqueous phase, the said isocyanate composition being added gradually to a stock containing at least some of the aqueous phase and at least some of the blocking agent; and optionally, b) subjecting the mixture obtained to a shear (speed gradient) of greater than 1000 s?1, preferably greater than 20,000 s?1 and less than 1,000,000 s?1, preferably less than 200,000 s?1, and c) repeating step b), optionally after step a) has been repeated, until a stable emulsion is obtained whose particles have a Sauter diameter of greater than 0.1 ?m, preferably 0.2 ?m, and less than 5 ?m, preferably less than 2 ?m, and a dispersion width of less than 5 ?m.

  • Patent number: 6629735
Abstract: A wheel of the roller type, i.e., whose general shape is constituted by two sides the contours of which are circles with respective centers. O,O′, the flanks being substantially parallel with respect to one another, substantially perpendicular to an axis OO′ and connected to one another by a substantially toric surface portion having an axis of rotation OO′. The wheel is particularly intended as a wheel for a roller skate.

  • Patent number: 6374409
Abstract: An accessory for protection against falls during the practice of a sport, adapted to cover two projecting parts of a limb extending from a bending zone in angularly distinct planes, especially elbow, knees, and including at least the following parts: a flexible element surrounding, at least partially, each of the two parts of the limb; a protective element formed of a rigid or semi-rigid material associated locally with the flexible element; the protective element being connected to the flexible element; and at least one tightening element for the assembly thus formed adapted to maintain it in place around the limb, wherein the tightening element is a strap surrounding one of the two parts of the limb, outside the bending zone on the latter, by being superimposed on the flexible element, whether or not via the protective element.

  • Publication number: 20010011044
Abstract: A golf club head (1) whose volume is delimited by a crown (3), a sole-plate (11), a belt (4), and a hitting surface (2), junctions between the belt (4) and the hitting surface (2) delimiting a heel (9) and a toe (10). The belt (4) comprises at least one arc-shaped portion (8, 32, 33, 34, 35) which forms a visible layer of the belt (4), while extending along the belt (4) between the heel (9) and the tip (10), the arc-shaped portion (8, 32, 33, 34, 35) being a peripheral weight made of a high-density material.
