Abstract: The present invention relates to a DNA or RNA construct capable of expression of IL-2 in a warm-blooded animal or biological preparation, the recombinant DNA or RNA construct comprising a) a Vpr activated promoter; b) a transcribable DNA segment coding for IL-2 and; c) a secretory DNA encoding for a signal peptide functional in mammary cells and operably linked between the promoter and the DNA segment to facilitate secretion of the IL-2. The present invention also relates to a method for increasing the immune response of a warm-blooded animal or biological preparation. There is also described methods for inhibiting or stimulating expression of IL-8 of a warm-blooded animal or a biological preparation.

Abstract: A steering device for moving and directing a miniature vehicle provided with at least one leading wheel, the steering device has a control member arranged outside the miniature vehicle to be remote-manipulated by the user, a transmission for transmitting inside the miniature vehicle any movement produced on the control member, and a support component for deflecting each leading wheel controlled by the transmission. The steering device has converting members for gearing down any primary movement actuating the transmission into a secondary movement for deflecting each leading wheel. The steering device is applicable to toys, in particular miniature vehicles remote-controlled by a control member with dimensions and positioning corresponding to the child's morphology.

Abstract: The tube to be replaced is extracted and an internal surface of the bottom head (1b) is then machined around the through opening (10), a hollow shell (20) is attached and fixed on the machined surface (15) of the bottom head (1b), around the through opening (10), by welding along a peripheral edge (19), the hollow shell is bored in order to produce a passage hole (24) through its wall, in extension of the through opening (10) and a welding bevel (23). A replacement through-tube (18) is fixed on the wall of the hollow shell (20) by depositing a welding metal (25) in the bevel (23). The invention applies in particular to the replacement of vessel bottom head penetrations of a pressurized water nuclear reactor.
