    Abstract: A method according to the present invention is implemented in a base station used in a wireless communications system that supports flexible-TDD (flexible-time division duplex) UL-DL (uplink-downlink) configuration. The method includes configuring a first type of user equipment (UE) with a first type of configuration; configuring a second type of UE with a second type of configuration; and receiving from a user equipment a HARQ-ACK (hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement) signal according to a DL association set. The DL association set includes: a first DL association set for a UL-DL TDD configuration used by the first type of UE; and a second DL association set for a reference UL-DL TDD configuration including a third DL association set for PUCCH resource mapping used by the second type of UE.

    Abstract: There is provided methods for use in control signaling in advanced wireless communication systems that support flexible allocation of TDD UL-DL configurations. Where HARQ-ACK bundling is used, PDCCH/EPDCCH transmissions indicating DL SPS release and PDSCH transmissions with corresponding PDCCH/EPDCCH are scheduled only on DL and/or special subframes in a DL association set which are not after the subframe in the DL association set carrying an UL grant. Where HARQ-ACK multiplexing is used, the value of the DL assignment index (VDAIUL) is set to the number of subframes in the DL association set. Cross-subframe scheduling is also used.

    Abstract: A method and system for using Threat Imaging Projection (TIP) technology, and the operator testing data that it generates, in order to certify x-ray inspection system operators and thereby assure an acceptable and uniform level of operator performance. In a preferred configuration, the operator views x-ray images of objects on a screening system equipped with TIP technology. When the operator believes that a threat item image appears on the screening system, the operator indicates such via an indicating means. The system is capable of recording, storing and transmitting individual operator performance data relating to proper detections, missed detections, and false alarms, i.e., when an operator indicates that a threat item image appears when no such image actually appears on the screening system. The system preferably contains a library of various threat item images, e.g., guns, bombs, knives, etc., which are classified according to type of threat and difficulty of detection.

In one embodiment, a method for fabricating a doped TCO on a substrate surface includes forming a TCO material on a substrate, exposing the TCO material to a hydrogen plasma while forming a hydrogen-doped TCO material during an atmospheric pressure plasma (APP) process, wherein the hydrogen-doped TCO material contains atomic hydrogen at a concentration within a range from about 1 at % (atomic percent) to about 30 at %, and exposing the hydrogen-doped TCO material to a thermal annealing process. In another embodiment, the method includes exposing the TCO material to a fluorine plasma while forming a fluorine-doped TCO material during the APP process, wherein the fluorine-doped TCO material contains atomic fluorine at a concentration within a range from about 1 at % to about 30 at %.
