    Abstract: A specimen collection, storage, transport, and testing device (1) can include an outer vessel (2) containing an internal cup (5) having an openable drain (23) having a brim (22) raised above the bottom floor (27) of the cup. Once opened the drain allows a portion of liquid specimen to flow from the cup into a lower chamber (55) of the vessel and onto a cartridge (3) containing a number of chromatographic assay strips. A lid (4) sealing the vessel can include a downwardly projecting guide tube (35) having first barrier (39) sealing a bottom aperture (38). An oblong initiator (6) can axially engage the guide tube, break the first barrier and open the drain to initiate the test while retaining a pool of liquid specimen in the cup for subsequent confirmatory testing.

    Abstract: A camera system includes a camera and a camera case. The camera includes a lens on a front side thereof, a rear display screen on a rear side thereof, and a mount on a bottom side thereof. The camera case is formed of a compliant foam material that defines a cavity in which the camera is removably received, a front opening that allows light to pass to the front lens, a rear opening through which the rear display screen is visible, and a mount opening through which the mount extends. The camera case includes a sufficient amount of the compliant foam material for the camera system to float in water. The camera case may extend rearward from the rear side of the camera further than the camera case extends from the front side, the rear side, a top side, a left side, and a right side of the camera.

The test strip may further include multiple electrodes on one of the multiple layers, positioned and partially exposed within the microfluidic channel, an additional material positioned at or near an entrance to the microfluidic channel, to selectively limit the flow of at least one of bubbles or debris into the microfluidic channel, and at least one exit port in at least one of the multiple layers to allow for release of pressure from the test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip is a saliva analysis test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip includes multiple exit ports to prevent blockage of sample flow.
