The cavity accommodates a protection assembly which has a second extension and a second fixing head, wherein the second extension has a projection and a flexible deformation section connecting with the projection, the flexible deformation section deforms, and the projection retains in the second groove of the connection assembly. An elongated section is defined between the flexible deformation section and the second fixing head and is fixed in the first groove, the second fixing head has a first orifice corresponding to the locking hole of the connection assembly, such that a fixing assembly is rotatably connected with a cutting blade and is fixed in the locking hole.

The circular connecting cover includes a first side lid and an inserting post, a cross section of which is non-circular. The first circular fixing cover includes a second side lid, a first positioning member, and a first pressing loop; wherein a cross section of the first positioning member is non-circular, and the first positioning member has a first orifice defined thereon.

The body includes an anti-slip painting layer painted on a bottom end thereof and it being translucent. Thereby, a darker marking portion is suit for cloth materials with a deep color or a light color so as to identify the marking portion, the contrast marking portion, the scale portion, the plurality of angle lines, and the plural grid lines clearly and to fix a patchwork ruler securely.

Abstract: A combined pad structure contains a disc base and a body. The disc base includes an anti-slid area defined on a bottom end thereof. The body includes a circular groove defined on a bottom end thereof to receive the disc base and includes a limiting portion formed on four corners of the bottom end thereof. Thereby, when the body is placed onto the disc base, the disc base is limited in the circular groove of the body, hence the body allows being rotated along the disc base. Also, when the body disengages from the disc base, they allow being used respectively, thus increasing using functions.
