The atomizer comprises retaining structure, which can be released when required, in the form of a lever which keeps the ballast weight locked to the dispensing pump and the suction tube gathered up against the dispensing pump. The ballast weight retaining structure is released after the atomizer has been mounted on the container, once the latter has been filled. In this way the flexible suction tube is extended and can follow the ballast weight by gravity regardless of the orientation of the container.

Abstract: An atomizer device for liquids pressurized by a manually operated pump, without pressurizers, comprises a nozzle with an obturator to which a plunger member is connected, The liquid pressurized by the pump acts on this plunger and moves the obturator against a spring, opening the nozzle. Interceptors, which allow the liquid to pass and consequently to be sprayed outwards only when the obturator has moved by a given amount, moving away from the nozzle and forming a predetermined chamber about the nozzle, are provided in the passage for the liquid to the nozzle. The uniformity of the fan of the jet of liquid within the course of each operating cycle of the pump and its constancy in the different cycles is thus ensured.

Abstract: A device for the automatic opening and closing of a container for pastes, such as toothpaste and the like, including a compressable tubular body closed at one end and provided with a dispenser head includes a dispensing duct including two portions at an angle forming an intersection aperture. A piston is positioned to slide sealingly inside the first portion of the dispensing duct so that it closes the intersection aperture when at rest but opens it when the user squezees the tubular body forcing the paste into the first portion of the dispensing duct. The piston is connected by its rod, through an aperture in the first portion of the dispensing duct, to a resilient arm supporting a plate-like element which covers the outlet orifice through which the product is dispensed. The movement of the piston also opens the outlet orifice and accumulates elastic energy in the arm which automatically returns the device to its closed position.
