Abstract: A tamperproof closure, effective to make any opening attempt irreversibly evident, comprises a cylindrical body adapted for association with a bottle, a cap, a thread connection between the cap and the cylindrical body, a tamperproofing band made unitary with the cap through a weakening line, a plurality of teeth distributed around the cylindrical body and a corresponding plurality of cams distributed around the band, each cam being located before a respective tooth in the unscrewing direction of the cap and interfering with the tooth during the unscrewina operation so as to be displaced outwardly and distort the band locally into a projection.

Abstract: In a closure device for bottles, particularly intended for bottles containing quality drinks, there are provided a pour body adapted to be secured on the neck of the bottle and a cap which engages releasably with the pour body; the cap is rigid with a tubular outer skirt which abuts against an annular outer portion of a collar fast with the pour body; the skirt and the annular outer portion are bonded by a frangible outer ring which provides a seal hard to rebuild at a low cost.

Abstract: A tamper-proof closure for a bottle and the like, which comprises a cap adapted for screwing on/off the bottle, a sealing band connected to the cap by bridge portions, and abutments formed on the band to engage respective teeth formed on the bottle, has the advantage of an improved indication of the closure having been unsealed, by virtue of the band being split in at least two arched sections which are provided, at the leading and trailing ends in the screw-off direction of the cap, with respective bridge portions of connection to the cap and respective abutments, the bridge portion located at leading end being ruptured upon engagement of the respective abutment with the respective tooth, and the bridge portion located at the trailing end constituting a hinge for shifting the arched section angularly following engagement of the respective abutment with the respective tooth.

Abstract: A trigger-type device for operating a pump of the axial displacement piston type against a bias spring, sprays liquids out of a handheld container. The pump has a delivery head which is movable axially with the piston and provided with a delivery conduit set at an angle to the displacement axis of the piston and lying in the same plane where the angular movement of the trigger lever takes place. The device includes a rocker lever which converts the angular movement of the trigger lever into a corresponding axial displacement of the delivery head to thereby drive the pump piston against the bias spring and produce the spray.

Abstract: A device for releasably connecting a generic liquid sprayer, e.g. for detergents and the like, of the type including a pump operated through a trigger-type lever, to the neck portion of a container of the hand-held type. The device has a tubular element provided with a threadway on its inner surface which is releasably engaged, as by threading down, by a sleeve whose inner surface is provided with snap-action members of engagement with counter-members provided on the container neck portion to provide a non-releasable axial coupling. The sleeve enables initial assembly of the device by axial fitting over the container neck portion and recovery of the device by threading out of the sleeve, for later re-use on a re-fill container provided, in turn, with a sleeve, once the original conatiner has been depleted of its contents.

Abstract: A tamper-evident closure for a spirits bottle and the like, which can be easily and rapidly applied to the bottle during the bottling step and affords improved pouring of the bottle contents in use, comprises a cap having an inside threadway, a cylindrical sleeve coaxial with the cap, having an upper edge, an outside threadway matching the inside threadway of the cap, an inside spline formation and a lower edge, as well as a tamper-proofing seal formed between the cap and the sleeve, the sleeve being adapted to arrange itself with the upper and lower edges facing respective shoulders formed on the bottle, and with the inside spline formation engaged with a corresponding spline formation formed on the bottle.

Abstract: A dispenser for paste products comprises a container and a hollow dispensing head having a pumping member mounted on its interior, an actuating lever for the member, and a delivery conduit which is associated at one end with the pumping member. The head has a tubular extension facing the top end of the container, which matches the contour of the container. The extension is releasably attached to the container, thereby the latter can be provided in the form of a replaceable refill container. To extend the working life of the dispensing head, the pumping member has a leaf spring associated therewith which acts against the push force from the actuating lever.

Abstract: A dispenser of paste products, in particular toothpaste, is composed of a cylindrical container provided with a headpiece carrying a paste product output and with a bottom wall fitting in an airtight manner therein for sliding movement one way toward the headpiece. The bottom wall consists of a plunger body having an axial cavity which is open downwardly and communicates, through radial passages, with the interior of the container, and of a dish-shaped body provided with a lug which fits snugly into the axial cavity. The outer surface of the lug on the dish-shaped body is provided with ribs which form, in co-operation with the inner wall of the axial cavity in the plunger body, channels extending along paths including at least one sharp change in direction. At the end of the container filling operation, the bottom wall is inserted and pushed against the toothpaste while trapped air is vented out through the channels.

Abstract: A bottle for syrups, which affords precise dosages of a syrup in an accurate and hygienically satisfactory manner, comprises a container in bottle form which extends between a bottle bottom and a bottle neck, a cap-type stopper removably associated with the bottle neck, a syringe device having a respectively cylinder associated with the bottle neck and defining a chamber having a set volume equal to a single dose, which chamber is in fluid communication with said bottle bottom through a conduit, and a respectively plunger associated with the cap-type stopper and being movable within said cylinder on removal of the cap to such up a dose from the bottle bottom.

Abstract: A pilfer-proof closure for liqueur bottles and the like, having the ability to retain its cylindrical shape indefinitely, irrespective of the angular setting it may take once applied by screwing it onto a bottle, comprises a cap-type stopper having on its inside an annular shoulder, a pilfer-proof band, a weakening line formed between the cap-type stopper and the pilfer-proof band, and a plurality of small tabs extending tangentially inwards of the band and being set apart by the weakening line.

Abstract: A dispenser of paste-like products, in particular toothpaste, is composed of a cylindrical container having a head, a bottom wall slidable tightly therein one way toward the head, a pumping membrane mounted inside it close to the head, a delivery conduit attached rigidly to the head and associated, through a part thereof, with a sleeve formed in one piece with the pumping membrane. The sleeve being therefore slidable tightly on the delivery conduit, and an actuating lever pivoted to the head for movement between a home position and a toothpaste dispensing end position. The lever acting on the sleeve to operate the pumping membrane, and a shutter connected to the sleeve by a plurality of small bridges held circumferentially apart from one another. The shutter being operative to close and open the delivery conduit at the inlet mouth thereof.

Abstract: A dispenser of generic paste products and specifically toothpaste, of improved practicality and simple and easily assembled construction, comprises a cylindrical container, a head fitting at one end of the container, a bottom wall slidable sealingly in the container one way toward the head fitting, a pumping membrane, mounted within the container close against the head fitting, a delivery conduit associated with the pumping membrane, an actuating lever for the pumping membrane shiftable against the bias of a spring from a home position to a delivery stop position, and a tubular spout rigid with the head fitting and connected to said delivery spout as a continuation thereof.
