    Abstract: The invention relates to a substrate processing method and relevant apparatus. The method includes: placing the substrate into a reactor consist by several walls; delivering etching gas to the reactor to etch the substrate; receiving optical signal from the reactor with the inspection window arranged on at least one of said walls to determine the endpoint of etching; generating protective gas flow in the inspection window during etching process, to prevent or reduce the etching gas or etching by-product flow toward the inspection window. This invention could improve the accuracy and stability of etching endpoint detection.

    Abstract: An advanced coating for parts used in plasma processing chamber. The advanced coating is formed over an anodized surface that has not been sealed. After the coating is formed, the coated area is masked, and the remaining anodized surface is sealed. The porous and rough structure of the anodized but un-sealed aluminum enhances adhesion of the coating. However, to prevent particle generation, the exposed anodized surface is sealed after formation of the coating. The coating can be of yttria, formed by plasma enhanced atomic deposition techniques which results in a dense and smooth coating.

    Abstract: A winding frame structure for an automation winding machine to conveniently produce the windings of a motor includes two barrier plates, four ceramic heat conductive structures with high heat conductivity, and special-structured grooves. The ceramic heat conductive structures can significantly enlarge the heat dissipation area of the windings. The heat generated by the windings can be swiftly transmitted firstly to the ceramic heat conductive structures, then to the stator inside a space formed by assembling the four ceramic heat conductive structures, and finally to a motor casing. An air-cooling or water-cooling apparatus is introduced to swiftly dissipate the heat at the motor casing. Provided by the winding frame structure, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the winding frame structure can be reduced, the heat dissipation process can be more efficiently, and the winding arrangement of the windings for motors can be conveniently performed.

The copolymer and polyvinylidene fluoride are dissolved in a first solvent to form a first solution. A polyolefin porous film is immersed in a second solvent to soak the polyolefin porous film. The first solution is applied to a surface of the second solvent soaking polyolefin porous film. The polyolefin porous film having the first solution applied thereon is immersed in a third solvent to form holes, thereby forming a gel polymer electrolyte precursor layer on the surface of the polyolefin porous film. The polyolefin porous film having the gel polymer electrolyte precursor layer formed thereon is fumigated in an atmosphere of hydrochloric acid gas. A polyolefin composite separator and a lithium ion battery are also disclosed.
