When LCHs of the subset are associated with different C-DRX settings, rule-based C-DRX selection can be used.

In particular, the UE is configured with at least one criterion for determining which of the pending MAC PDUs stored in the UE (e.g., in the HARQ buffers) could be transmitted by using radio resources of a retransmission grant issued by a network node.
