  • Patent number: 8284631
Abstract: A multimedia projection alarm clock with integrated illumination is disclosed. It includes a projector module which projects an animated image, an illuminating light source which emits illuminating light of adjustable color and/or brightness, a speaker which outputs music or sound effects, and a control unit which animates a projected image and/or varies an illuminating light with music or sound effects so that an alarm signal featuring a theme of vivid figures with matching backgrounds may be provided. The control unit is also equipped with a simple user interface allowing the user to access handy bedside functions such as the night light easily.

  • Publication number: 20120081962
Abstract: A memory device includes a plurality of memory cells arranged in series in the semiconductor body, such as a NAND string, having a plurality of word lines. A selected memory cell is programmed by hot carrier injection. The program operation is based on metering a flow of carriers between a first semiconductor body region on a first side of the selected cell in the NAND string and a second semiconductor body region on a second side of the selected cell. A program potential higher than a hot carrier injection barrier level is applied to the selected cell, and then the drain to source voltage across the selected cell and the flow of carriers in the selected cell reach a level sufficient to support hot carrier injection, which is controlled by a switch cell adjacent the selected cell.

  • Publication number: 20110028066
Abstract: A changeable modeling toy includes a front housing, a back housing and a changeable modeling module. The front housing has a window, a first surface printed with a first scene, and a second surface printed with a second scene. The back housing having a first surface and a second surface is connected with the front housing by a first pivot. The changeable modeling module is arranged between the second surface of the front housing and the first surface of the back housing and includes a plurality of modeling groups, wherein each of the modeling groups includes a plurality of changeable modeling plates that can be put together to create a variety of modelings. Fun of the changeable modeling toy can be increased as a result of design of multiple scenes.

  • Publication number: 20110018049
Abstract: The present invention relates to a charge trapping device and a method for manufacturing the same. The charge trapping device includes: a substrate having a first surface and an opposite second surface; a tunneling insulating layer, disposed on the first surface of the substrate; a charge trapping layer, disposed on the tunneling insulating layer and including a first dielectric layer and a second dielectric layer, in which the first dielectric layer is connected to the tunneling insulating layer, the second dielectric layer is disposed over the first dielectric layer, and a conduction band offset between the first dielectric layer and the substrate is larger than that between the second dielectric layer and the substrate; and a blocking insulating layer, disposed on the charge trapping layer and connected to the second dielectric layer. Accordingly, the charge trapping device of the present invention has excellent programming, and erasing and charge retention properties.
