    Abstract: A multi-backlight collimated system at least comprises a plurality of light sources, a plurality of reflection elements, and at least a collimation element. The light sources are for providing light. Each reflection element has a reflective surface corresponding to one of the light sources and is disposed to reflect light from the corresponding light source. The reflective surface reflects light being emitted in a predetermined direction by the corresponding light source to form a projection area on a screen. The adjacent projection areas on the screen are joined at adjacent side edges. The collimation element is disposed on the screen for altering a path of light penetrating the screen and emitting light in a specific direction The multi-backlight collimated system is easily fabricated into large sizes and is beneficial for products having large display areas.

    Abstract: A wireless network system for data transmitting securely is disclosed. The system comprises a central control end for generating a cipher password per predetermined time unit. The central control end has a first Zigbee chip, a computer terminal for a user to input parameters, and a cryptographic algorithm program provided wherein the cryptographic algorithm program and the parameters are provided for password encryption using the cryptographic algorithm program is run by a microprocessor of the first Zigbee chip. The system also comprises a data transmitting end and a several data receiving ends. The data transmitting end using the Zigbee decrypts the cipher password and encrypts the data file using the plain password and the Zigbee chip. The data receiving ends using the Zigbee decrypt the cipher password and decrypt the cipher data file into plain data file by the WiFi chips using plain password.

    Abstract: A display control device with automatic firmware update and an update method thereof are provided to update the firmware of the display control device rapidly and automatically, thereby improving user convenience and reducing user waiting time. The display control device comprises a transmission interface unit, a memory interface unit, a non-volatile memory interface unit, a first direct memory access (DMA) unit, a second DMA unit and a controller. The transmission interface unit is coupled to a code-providing unit for providing an updated code of the firmware. After detecting that the transmission interface unit is coupled to the code-proving unit, the controller automatically and temporarily stores the updated code provided by the code-providing unit into a dynamic random access memory (DRAM), and further writes the updated code into a non-volatile memory from the DRAM, thereby accomplishing automatic update of the firmware of the display control device.

    Abstract: A method for discharging an electronic device on a substrate is provided. A metal pin mounted on a wire bonder is used to touch with a specific finger disposed on the substrate which is in electrical connection with the electronic device. As a result, the electric charge previously stored in the electronic device will be conducted to the wire bonder through the specific finger and metal pin thereby discharging the stored charge. Another method for discharging an electronic device on a substrate is also provided. A metal wire protruding out from the capillary of a wire bonder is heated to form a metal ball at the capillary. The capillary is moved to bring the metal ball into contact with the specific finger. As a result, the electric charge previously stored in the electronic device will thus can be discharged to the wire bonder. The present invention further provides a semiconductor package.

    Abstract: A screw driving tool is used to stably clamp a tiny screw and tighten the clamped screw into a screw hole on a spectacles frame for repairing the spectacles. The screw driving tool includes a screwdriver and a clamping sleeve consisting of a rigid outer layer and an elastically compressible inner layer. The clamping sleeve has a first end, into which a head of the screw for spectacles may be extended, and a second end, into which a blade of the screwdriver is extended. The screw head extended into the first end of the clamping sleeve is clamped thereto by the elastically compressive inner layer of the clamping sleeve, so that the tiny screw can be easily aligned with the screw hole on the spectacles and tightened using the screwdriver.

When the thermal detector detects that the temperature of the ambient environment exceeds a threshold temperature, the drive module will drive the laser diode to emit a laser light beam.     Abstract: A semiconductor package with a heat sink is provided, having a substrate formed with at least one opening penetrating therethrough. A heat sink is mounted on a surface of the substrate same as for forming solder balls and seals one end of the opening by a thermally conductive adhesive. At least one chip is mounted on the other surface of the substrate opposite to the heat sink via the thermally conductive adhesive and covers the other end of the opening. The thermally conductive adhesive is filled in the opening between the substrate and the heat sink and allows heat produced by the chip to be dissipated through a shorter thermally conductive path. By the above arrangement with the heat sink being mounted between the chip and an external device, the heat sink provides electromagnetic shielding between the chip and the external device and enhances electrical performance of the semiconductor package.
