    Abstract: An electric drive assembly is provided with oil/water dual cooling that includes a motor module, a gearbox module, a water cooling module and an oil cooling module. The oil cooling module has three oil cooling passages, and introduces the lubricating oil in the gearbox into the front and rear windings of the motor, thereby improving the cooling performance of the motor, eliminating the need for a motor shaft oil seal, reducing the cost of the drive assembly and improving the transmission efficiency. The water cooling module cools the motor housing through the motor water jacket, and cools the lubricating oil in the gearbox housing through the heat sink at the bottom of the gearbox, thereby solving the heat dissipation problem when the gearbox operates at high speed constantly, and thus improving the service life and reliability of the gear and bearing.

An outer circumference of the stator punching piece is provided with a continuous concave-convex structure extending in an axial direction of the stator punching piece for a cooling medium to flow therethrough, so as to increase an heat dissipation area of an outer circumference of a stator core composed of the stator punching pieces and improve a flow state of the cooling medium on the outer circumferential surface of the stator core, thereby increasing a rated power and rated torque of a motor. Since the stator punching piece is formed by die stamping, changing the shape of the outer edge of the stator punching piece has no effect on the manufacturing cost of the motor. Without increasing the cost, the rated power and rated torque of the motor can be increased by 5-10%.

    Abstract: When a constant on-time flyback converter is in the switch-on stage, the gate voltage of the switch and the input voltage of the flyback converter adopt the primary side of the transformer to control. The gate voltage is controlled by the second control signal generated by the controller. The flyback converter is then turn off to enter the switch off stage. When the flyback converter is in the switch off stage, the secondary side controller on the secondary side of the transformer, based on the output voltage and output current of the secondary side, sends a first control signal to the primary side controller to control the main switch to turn on. Thus, the flyback converter enters the switch-on stage. Therefore, the calculation complexity is reduced, and there is no need to set a blanking time, such that the flyback converter can be used in high switching frequency applications.
