    Abstract: A constant-volume metering pump includes a pump body, a solenoid device, and a piston pump inside the pump body. The solenoid device includes an armature, and the piston pump includes a sleeve, a piston, an inlet valve, and an outlet valve. The sleeve includes an inner sleeve bore. The inner sleeve bore conforms with the external surface of the piston and can slide freely. The piston pump divides the interior pump body into a low-pressure space and a pressure feed space. Liquid enters the pressure feed space from the low pressure space through the inlet valve and is output through the outlet valve, wherein the sleeve connects with the armature and keeps synchronous reciprocating motions. The solenoid-driven device drives the sleeve to perform a motion relative to the piston, causing output of liquid. The output quantity of liquid due to such relative motion is defined by the geometric construction.

The GDC system generates a ground truth database based on a training subset of datasets from an uncurated large scale genomic database, and label metadata for the training subset. The GDC system trains at least one classification engine of the GDC system based on the training subset and the ground truth database at least by performing a machine learning operation on the at least one classification engine. The GDC system automatically applies the at least one trained classification engine on the uncurated large scale genomic database to generate an automatically curated large scale genomic database. The light fluctuation detecting circuit is configured to enable or disable a connection between the photoelectric node and the input terminal of the voltage follower circuit. When the light fluctuation detecting circuit is turned off, a drain current of the light fluctuation detecting circuit may change as the brightness of light received by the light fluctuation detecting circuit changes. The voltage at the output node is used to determining brightness of light received by the photoelectric conversion circuit and whether is a fluctuation in the in the brightness of the light.
