    Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a body, a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a ring, a top clip and a bottom clip. The body includes a through hole which defines through the top and the bottom of the body. A top recessed area and a bottom recessed area are respectively defined in the top and the bottom of the body. A recess is defined in the inner periphery of the through hole and a protrusion with a receiving slot extends from one end of the recess. A resilient member is received in the receiving slot to bias the pawl in the recess to engage with the ratchet wheel. The ring is engaged with the top recessed area. The top clip is engaged with the top recessed area and clips the ratchet wheel. The bottom clip is engaged with the bottom recessed area and clips the ratchet wheel.

For the plurality of intended circuit layout patterns, a corresponding plurality of sets of fabrication risk assessments corresponding to respective ones of a plurality of sources is determined. Determining a set of fabrication risk assessments for an intended circuit layout pattern comprises determining fabrication risk assessments based at least in part on: simulation of the intended circuit layout pattern, statistical analysis of the intended circuit layout pattern, and evaluation of empirical data associated with a printed circuit layout pattern. A scoring formula is applied based at least in part on the sets of fabrication risk assessments to obtain a plurality of overall fabrication risk assessments for respective ones of the plurality of intended circuit layout patterns.

This propensity score expresses a probability of being exposed to a given drug based on other co-prescribed drugs and reported indications, which reflect patient characteristics. Among the associations, the sum of the associations of the second drug and the interaction effect represents the predicted beneficial score expressing whether the second drug alters the chance of developing the target adverse drug reaction for patients on the first drug.

    Abstract: A comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit is disclosed. A comparator offset voltage which is caused by the semiconductor process parameter randomness also has randomness. Due to the randomness of the comparator offset voltage, a reference voltage of a parallel comparator in a parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter is uncertain. If the comparator offset voltage is large, the parallel-conversion-type analog-to-digital converter may even have a functional error. The comparator offset voltage self-correction circuit provided in the present invention can correct a random offset voltage of a comparator to meet requirements.
