  • Publication number: 20210400498
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for indicating to a spectrum access system communication preferences of a base station and/or of a network operator. Different methods may be used to indicate the communication preferences, including a dedicated type parameter transmitted with spectrum allocation requests from the base station, a rule-based system where the spectrum access system accesses communication preferences of the base station and/or network operator through an identifier corresponding to a rule definition, or the like. The spectrum access system may assign a channel to the network operator based on its communication preferences, such as to determine a channel assignment to correspond to a channel aligned with a raster of communications to be used by the network operator.

  • Publication number: 20210397505
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to identifying read failures that enhanced post write/read (EPWR) would normally miss. After the last logical word line has been written, additional stress is added to each word line. More specifically, the gate bias channel pass read voltage for all unselected word lines is increased, the gate bias on dummy and selected gate word lines is increased, the gate bias on the selected word line is increased, and a pulse read occurs. The increasing and reading occurs for each word line. Thereafter, EPWR occurs. Due to the increasing and reading for every word line, additional read failures are discovered than would otherwise be discovered with EPWR alone.

  • Publication number: 20210390264
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure performing conversation sentiment monitoring for a conversation data object. In various embodiments, a text block that can be resized is identified within a conversation data object and successive regularized sentiment profile generation iterations are performed until a regularized sentiment score of the block exceeds a regularized sentiment score threshold. A current regularized sentiment profile generation iteration involves determining a regularized sentiment score for the block based on an initial sentiment score, a subjectivity probability value, and, optionally, a stage-wise penalty factor. A determination is then made as to whether the score exceeds the threshold. If so, then a regularized sentiment profile of the conversation data object is updated based on the regularized sentiment score. If not, then the text block is resized and a subsequent regularized sentiment profile generation iteration is performed based on the resized block.

  • Patent number: 11194043
Abstract: Aspects of this disclosure relate to controlling one or more vehicle systems based on a determined weather condition. In some embodiments, a radar system can be mounted on a vehicle and can collect weather data by receiving electromagnetic signals. A weather condition can be determined based on the collected weather data, and a vehicle system can be controlled based on the determined weather condition, such as vehicle lighting, windscreen wipers, or cruise control. In some embodiments, weather conditions can include fog, sleet, or smog. The weather condition can be determined by analyzing scattered reflections from incident microwaves and/or radio waves to determine a level of attenuation of the scattered electromagnetic energy indicative of a presence or absence of particles. A map can be displayed displaying the weather condition and controlling vehicle navigation systems. The collected weather data can be compared with data from a LiDAR or camera system for reliability.

  • Patent number: 11196525
Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a UE. The apparatus attempts to receive a downlink transmission from a base station and determines to transmit a NACK to the base station for the downlink transmission. The UE transmits the NACK to the base station in a common resource in an uplink control channel, wherein the common resource is common to multiple UEs communicating with the base station. The UE may also transmit the NACK using a resource granted to the UE in the uplink control channel. Thus, the transmission of the NACK in the common resource may comprise a repetition of the NACK transmitted using the resource granted to the UE. The common resource may comprise a Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) resource. Thus, the UE may apply a NOMA sequence to the NACK prior to transmission of the NACK in the common resource.
