    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device structure is provided. The method includes forming an insulating layer over a semiconductor substrate including a conductive feature, forming an insulating layer with a trench over the semiconductor substrate to expose the conductive feature, and forming a sacrificial liner layer over two opposite sidewalls and a bottom of the trench. Ions are implanted into the conductive feature covered by the sacrificial liner layer, so that a doping region is formed in the conductive feature and has two opposite side edges respectively separated from the two opposite sidewalls of the trench. The sacrificial liner layer is removed after forming the doping region, and a conductive connecting structure is formed in the trench. The two opposite sidewalls of the conductive connecting structure are respectively separated from the two corresponding opposite sidewalls of the trench by an air spacer.

    Abstract: A negative-pressure cup structure includes a cup and a vibration generating mechanism. The cup has a chamber. Two ends of the cup are separately formed with an opening end and a closed end. The closed end is provided with a negative-pressure suction hole and an electric connection hole communicating with the chamber. A bar is extended from the closed end and located in the chamber. The vibration generating mechanism includes a box, a vibration member disposed in the box and a power connector electrically connected to the vibration member. The vibration generating mechanism is fixed in the chamber of the cup in a manner of the box and the bar being connected and the power connector being inserted to the electric connection hole. Therefore, the users may obtain a better vibrational sense.

    Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor device. A substrate having a first region and a second region surrounding the first region is provided. The first region includes a first active area and a first gate. A dummy pattern is disposed on the substrate within the second region around a perimeter of the first region. A resist pattern masks the second region and includes an opening that exposes the first region. An ion implantation process is performed to implant dopants through the opening into the first active area not covered by the first gate within the first region, thereby forming doped regions in the first active area. A resist stripping process is performed to remove the resist pattern by using a sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide mixture (SPM) solution at a temperature that is higher than or equal to 120˜190 degrees Celsius. The substrate is subjected to a cleaning process.
