Abstract: An underwater housing for containing a monitoring device includes a tubular housing body having a front end formed with an inward flange. The inward flange has a rear side surface formed with an annular groove defined by a groove-defining wall. A transparent plate is disposed fixedly within the housing body, and is located behind and adjacent to the inward flange. An annular water seal is disposed within the annular groove and in contact with the inward flange and an outer peripheral portion of the front side surface of the transparent plate so as to establish a watertight seal between the transparent plate and the housing body. An annular cover is disposed fixedly and fittingly within the inward flange, and has a rear end in contact with the front side surface of the transparent plate and in proximity to the water seal for covering the water seal.

Abstract: A clock recovery circuit comprising an initial delay select circuit, a delay locked loop and a clock synthesizer circuit is provided. The initial delay select circuit comprises an initial timing generator, a first multiplexer and an initial value generator. The delay locked loop comprises a delay chain, a phase detector, a counter, and a decoder circuit. The delay locked loop delays an input clock signal to generate a first delay signal and several unit delay signals. The initial value generator receives the unit delay signals to generate an initial value used as an initial counting value of the delay locked loop to prevent harmonic lock. The delay locked loop controls the phase difference between the input clock signal and the first delay signal. The output clock signal of the clock recovery circuit is generated by the clock synthesizer circuit based on the input clock signal and the first delay signal.

Abstract: A webcasting system and the audio data regulating methods to be used in the webcasting system are presented. The webcasting system includes a host and an audio playing apparatus. The host, which is loaded with an operating system and drivers, determines the audio data output according to an expected data received by the operating system. The drivers provide the expected data according to the audio data received and transform the audio data for network transmission. The audio playing apparatus receives the network data and processes the network data for audio playing.

Abstract: A wireless remote control system and method thereof use a server for real-time controlling a remote monitoring device and a register. When the data retrieved by the remote monitoring device, such as image, voice or text data are abnormal, the register sends an informing message to the server to request a parameter correction so as to keep the data correctness. In order to complete the data retrieving, the register stores the data until a predetermined time is up. Releasing the registered data from the register to the server when the predetermined time is up allows the reduction of mistaken data transmission.

Abstract: A flexible system simulation architecture, its interface and operating method are provided for simulating an electronic device. A rendering, a kernel, and application programs are separated from one another. An API (Application Program Interface) is disposed between an application program object and a system kernel object. A GSI (Generic Simulator Interface) is provided between the rendering object and the system kernel object. The rendering object not only performs simulations via a plurality of EPs (Entry Points) provided by application program object but also accesses library in the system kernel object via the GSI, and shows results performed by the application program object.
