  • Patent number: 6237750
Abstract: A conveyor belt (1) is composed of a number of identical links in the formation of an endless belt, where each link comprises at least one axle (3) arranged transversely in relation to the direction of travel (2), and an outer link (4) at each side in engagement with the axle. Each outer link comprises an elongated hole for the adjacent link's axle, so that the belt can be driven in a curve in the plane of the belt. Each outer link has at least one securing hole for a transverse axle, where the coupling-together between the axle (3 and the outer link (4) is effected by a separable snap-lock. The outer link is moulded as a one-piece unit in a suitable plastic material, preferably by injection moulding. The outer links (4) can also be configured in a larger version for the construction of conveyor belts for operation in self-stacking helical systems.

  • Patent number: 6216854
Abstract: Side-flexing conveyor belt built up of a number of chain links which are joined together in a hinge-like manner by means of transverse rods (5, 6) through openings in the individual chain links. Use is made of chain links of at least two types, i.e. edge chain links (1, 2) with one-sided reinforcement (18), and module chain links (3, 4) between the edge chain links. The chain links of both types can be configured in various module breadths, and the individual links are staggered in relation to one another. Each link has a first row of eye parts (12) with mutual intervals between them in the transverse direction, and with elongated holes in line with one another for the engagement of a transverse rod, and a second row of eye parts (11) disposed midway between the first-mentioned eye parts and with holes in line with one another for the engagement of a second transverse rod, and the two sets of eye parts are held together by a transversely-extending bridge part.

  • Patent number: 6186771
Abstract: Injection molding machine (1) comprising a machine frame (2) with a stationary plane (5) and a movable plane (6) for the mounting of mold parts (7, 8), and where the movable plane (6) is connected to a conveying mechanism (10, 10′) which exerts the pressure necessary to close the mold parts and keep these closed during the injection phase. The machine further comprises a mounting plane (9) for the conveying mechanism. The mounting plane (9) and the stationary plane (5) are provided with tie rods (17), expansion elements or similar devices, and at least one of the planes (5, 9) is mounted or suspended in at least one elastic machine part (30, 30′) arranged in the plane's opposite side in relation to the fastening to the planes of the tie rods (17), the expansion elements or similar devices.
