In one aspect, a wireless node may obtain a first management frame from a wireless local area network (WLAN) apparatus, the WLAN apparatus operating multiple virtual access points (VAPs) respectively corresponding to multiple BSSs. The wireless node may determine whether the first management frame includes a BSS profile of a BSS associated with the wireless node based, at least in part, on an arrangement of a plurality of BSS profiles within one or more management frames. The wireless node may determine to further process the first management frame based, at least in part, on a determination that the first management frame includes the BSS profile of the BSS associated with the wireless node.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, an earthbound transceiver in a low earth orbit (LEO) satellite network establishes a connection with a first LEO satellite from a first set of LEO satellites. The first set of LEO satellites are distributed across a first plurality of orbits including first neighboring LEO satellites of the first LEO satellite, and the first neighboring LEO satellites have a fixed or semi-fixed position relative to the first LEO satellite. The earthbound transceiver determines first signal strength values associated with the first set of LEO satellites and second signal strength values associated with a second set of LEO satellites. The earthbound transceiver then periodically compares the first signal strength values to the second signal strength values. At an optimal handoff time, the earthbound transceiver initiates the handoff operation from the first LEO satellite to a second LEO satellite from the second set of LEO satellites.

A plurality of region of interests may be identified on each slice using an image processing technique. Subsequently, a plurality of nodules may be detected in each region of interest using the deep learning. Further, a plurality of characteristics associated with each nodule may be identified. The plurality of nodules may be classified into AI-confirmed nodules and AI-probable nodules based on a malignancy score. Further, feedback associated with the AI-confirmed nodules and the AI-probable may be received form a radiologist. Furthermore, data may be adapted based on the feedback. Finally, a report comprising adapted data may be generated.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for removing dribble bits following the end-of-packet (EOP) of a High-Speed data packet inserted by the transmission envelope detector of a repeater/hub that interconnects electronic devices compliant with Universal Serial Bus (USB) Specification Revision 2.0 or higher. A physical layer logic (PHY) of a first port of the repeater/hub receives a High-Speed data packet to store a recovered bit stream into an elastic buffer. The recovered bit stream may include dribble bits inserted by the PHY after the EOP. The repeater/hub reads the recovered bit stream from the elastic buffer for transmission through the PHY of a second port. The repeater/hub monitors the EOP. When the EOP is detected, the repeater/hub prevents transmission of the dribble bits of the recovered bit stream following the EOP from the second port, eliminating the intended receiver of the High-Speed data packet from the complexity of dealing with dribble bits.

    Abstract: A system configured to detect a tap event on a surface of a device using microphone audio data and motion data. Instead of using a physical sensor to detect the tap event, the device detects a tap event based on a power level difference between two or more microphones. When a power ratio exceeds a threshold, the device may detect a tap event and perform an action, such as delaying or ending an alarm. To reduce false positives caused by wind or loud noises close to the microphones, the device may confirm a tap event using motion data that indicates actual movement of the device. In some examples, the device may detect the tap event using a neural network processing the microphone data and the motion data. In addition, the device may embed the motion data within the microphone data using unused bits of the microphone data.
