  • Patent number: 12248788
Abstract: Distributed shared memory (DSMEM) comprises blocks of memory that are distributed or scattered across a processor (such as a GPU). Threads executing on a processing core local to one memory block are able to access a memory block local to a different processing core. In one embodiment, shared access to these DSMEM allocations distributed across a collection of processing cores is implemented by communications between the processing cores. Such distributed shared memory provides very low latency memory access for processing cores located in proximity to the memory blocks, and also provides a way for more distant processing cores to also access the memory blocks in a manner and using interconnects that do not interfere with the processing cores' access to main or global memory such as hacked by an L2 cache.

Abstract: A system for digital content that includes a content management system, an ontology manager and a chat bot, all executing and in communications coupling on a digital data processing system. The content manager stores a plurality of tagged digital assets. The ontology manager stores a list of (or otherwise maintains) plural facets, each corresponding to one or more tags—and at least one corresponding to two or more tags, e.g., of differing domains—of the content management system. One or more dialog segments and sequence identifiers are maintained in the ontology manager as well, each associated with one or more other facets. The chat bot drives a conversation with an end-user based on facets identified as associated with assets in the content management system and using dialog segments associated with those facets, while excluding those facets not so identified.

  • Publication number: 20250080247
Abstract: Mobile devices located across remote areas of a telecommunication network are tested using companion or auxiliary units that are coupled to the mobile devices. The units have a portable and/or compact configuration, thereby enabling easy distribution to remotely-located network subscribers, and the units each include an onboard memory subunit (e.g., a hard drive), an onboard antenna, a peripheral interface, and a controller subunit. A unit, when coupled to a mobile device (e.g., via a wired peripheral connection), determines network operations to be performed by the mobile device via a telecommunication network in order to test a compatibility of the mobile device with the network. The unit causes the mobile device to perform the network operations and obtains device system data of the device, the device system data being logged by the device during the device's performance of the network operations. The unit then provides the obtained data for analysis.

  • Publication number: 20250078644
Abstract: Each alarm received over time is associated with one or more alarm parameters that each provide a priority factor. Each of the plurality of alarms are associated with an open state until the corresponding alarm is acted upon in a predetermined manner by an operator. For each of the plurality of alarms that remain in the open state, a static priority level is based on the priority factors provided by the one or more alarm parameters associated with the corresponding alarm, and a dynamic priority level is determined that is based at least in part on the static priority level of the corresponding alarm and an amount of time that has elapsed since the corresponding alarm was reported. Open state alarms are ranked according to the dynamic priority level and a notification of a highest ranked alarm is displayed.
