  • Publication number: 20070198275
Abstract: A method and system for routing intelligence information related to security. The security system provides rules that identify conditions and routing instructions that are to be applied to intelligence information. A security organization may create and modify rules to ensure the appropriate routing of intelligence information in a timely manner. The security system may receive intelligence information from various sources. Regardless of the form or source of intelligence information, the security system analyzes the intelligence information to determine whether any conditions of the rules are satisfied. When a condition of a rule is satisfied, the security system sends a notification of the intelligence information in accordance with the routing instructions for that rule. In this way, intelligence information can be automatically and quickly routed to the appropriate security personnel for further processing.

  • Publication number: 20060047062
Abstract: This invention relates to waterborne coating compositions having improved compatability with metal pigments, i.e., improved shelf life and reduced gassing and gellation. The compositions comprise at least one aqueous dispersion of (1) at least one emulsion copolymer polymerized from (a) at least one ethylenically unsaturated anionic monomer and (b) at least one other olefinically unsaturated monomer, said copolymer being made using at least one phosphate surfactant having at least one phosphorus acid group or salt thereof, said copolymer being crosslinked, and (2) at least one non-water soluble metal pigment. The compositions are useful in paints and other coatings.

  • Patent number: 6220362
Abstract: A structure and technique is disclosed to allow passing control lines, conduits or cables of all sorts through a downhole tool. The assembly provides for passage of the conduit or cable through and into the bore of the downhole tool, protected by an internal carrier. The end connections are assembled without any twisting force applied to the cable or conduit. The end connections resist torque. A jam nut on either end provides one seal, and internal seals are used against the mandrel of the downhole tool to further provide pressure isolation where the cable or conduit enters the tool body or exits. Tensile loads are passed through the tool body rather than the cable or conduit. There is complete pressure isolation between the conduit and both the tubing and the annulus.

  • Patent number: 5916960
Abstract: A coating composition has storage stability, and provides a highly durable coating on various substrates, such as wood. It can be a clear coating or a staining composition. The critical components of the composition are a self-curing vinyl polymer, an ammonia-neutralized polyurethane and a water-soluble catalyst to promote rapid curing under ambient conditions.

  • Patent number: 5832501
Abstract: In a computer including at least one client and at least one file system having an associated format, a system and method are provided for filtering requests for metadata from the client in a manner which is transparent to the client. An interface receives the client's request for metadata from the file system and forwards the request to a dispatcher. The dispatcher forwards the request to a format agent which fulfills the request. A third party filter system filters the requested metadata. If the filter system requires metadata to perform the filtering, the filter system requests additional metadata, and the format agent fulfills the client's request and the filter system's request. The format agent fulfills portions of the client's request and the filter system's request regarding metadata which is contained in the associated format of the file system directly from the file system.
