  • Publication number: 20260243164
Abstract: A method for classifying a downhole event includes acquiring logging while drilling (LWD) measurements in a downhole processing system that includes a trained deep learning model. The received LWD measurements are evaluated using the trained model to classify a drilling event. The classification classifies a change in a composition of the annular drilling fluid and enables a zone of interest in the subterranean formation to be identified.

  • Publication number: 20260238290
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information that indicates channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resources that are within a downlink sub-band of a sub-band full duplex (SBFD) set of symbols, wherein the CSI-RS resources are associated with layer 1 (L1) measurements. The UE may receive a first indication that the UE is to perform an uplink transmission in an uplink sub-band of the SBFD set of symbols. The UE may selectively perform, based at least in part on the configuration information and the first indication, one of the L1 measurements using the CSI-RS resources in the downlink sub-band of the SBFD set of symbols, or the uplink transmission using the uplink sub-band of the SBFD set of symbols. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20260238359
Abstract: Some examples of the techniques described herein may relate to mechanisms to allow cancellation of measurement gaps when colliding with delay-sensitive traffic. In some approaches, measurement gap cancellation may be indicated by the network. The UE may utilize an amount of time to prepare one or more circuits for measurement gap cancellation after downlink control information (DCI) is received. In some approaches, a DCI may be received at least X milliseconds (ms) before the measurement gap occasion. Some examples of the techniques described herein may provide approaches (e.g., UE or network behavior) and associated processing timelines for managing measurement gap cancellation or reversal. For instance, cancellation of a measurement gap may be conditioned on one or more measurement configuration conditions.

  • Publication number: 20260230873
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. Various aspects relate to concurrent scheduling of a plurality of different cross-link interference (CLI) measurements in a common resource. In some aspects, a network node may indicate that a user equipment (UE) is to perform a CLI reference signal received power (RSRP) measurement (in an uplink sub-band) concurrent with performing a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) measurement in a downlink sub-band or with performing an RSSI measurement in the uplink sub-band. In some aspects, when a collision occurs between scheduling of a plurality of CLI measurements, the UE may use a rule to resolve which one or more CLI measurements, of the plurality of CLI measurements, to perform. In some examples, the described techniques can be used to reduce or compensate for interference in sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) operation.

  • Publication number: 20260213985
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify, for a handover between a serving cell and a target cell, whether a center frequency and sub-carrier spacing (SCS) of a reference synchronization signal block (SSB) for the serving cell are the same, respectively, as a center frequency and SCS of a reference SSB for the target cell. The UE may initiate a handover from the serving cell to the target cell using one or more intra-frequency measurements or handover conditions based at least in part on the center frequency and SCS of the reference SSB for the serving cell being the same, respectively, as the center frequency and SCS of the reference SSB for the target cell, or otherwise, using one or more inter-frequency measurements or handover conditions. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Patent number: 12655791
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for controlling the mass flow of an exhaust gas to be delivered from an EGR system to a gas turbine system in a power plant. The mass flow control is provided through a mass flow controller including 1) a primary mass flow control that modulates the mass flow of the EGR flow by adjusting operating conditions of an EGR blower, 2) a secondary mass flow control that maintain power optimized operation of the EGR blower by adjusting the position of an EGR outlet damper, and 3) a tertiary flow modulation control that limits the EGR operation within mechanical design boundaries of the EGR duct by throttling the position of an EGR inlet damper. As such, the presently disclosed embodiments may operate independently to provide precise mass flow control within the EGR system, optimize power consumption of the blower, and safeguard the EGR system within its design boundaries.

  • Publication number: 20260150045
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may include a main radio and a low-power wake-up radio. While operating in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state, the UE may use the low-power wake-up radio to monitor for signals. In some examples, the UE or a network entity may determine a relatively small amount of data (e.g., satisfying a threshold data volume) for communication between the UE and the network entity. The UE may receive a low-power synchronization signal via the low-power wake-up radio and may measure a signal strength or quality associated with the low-power synchronization signal. The UE may use this low-power synchronization signal measurement to determine whether to initiate a small data transmission (SDT) session for communicating the data. The UE may transmit an SDT initiation message if the low-power synchronization signal measurement satisfies a threshold value.
