  • Patent number: 11670525
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for reducing leakage of microwaves at a slit valve of a process chamber. A multi-frequency resonant choke around the slit valve prevents microwave energy from a band of frequencies from escaping from the slit valve. The multi-frequency resonant choke may have a sloping bottom surface or a serrated bottom surface to enable multiple frequencies to resonant in the choke, canceling a range of microwave frequencies at gaps formed by a slit valve gate.

  • Publication number: 20230136747
Abstract: Technologies are provided for determining, tracking, and mitigating specific phobia stimulation for a patient. In embodiments, a patient with specific phobia is automatically and dynamically identified using various clinical data available within the patient record and the exposure rate to stimuli that can potentially trigger phobia in a healthcare setup is mitigated. Initially, data is received from an electronic health care record (EHR) for a patient. The data is analyzed to determine if the patient has a phobia. If it is determined the patient has a phobia that is triggered by a treatment ordered for the patient, mitigations are automatically identified for the treatment ordered for the patient. The mitigations are dynamically provided to the clinician device.

  • Patent number: 11640240
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing the order of data written to a transaction log in a distributed storage system. In a system with multiple nodes, if sequencers are naively generated without taking into consideration inconsistencies among the different nodes generating the sequencers, then the sequencers may not increase for each data transaction. To alleviate this problem, the node committing the transaction to the transaction log may perform a consistent read and verifies that the sequencer advances. If the sequencer does not advance, the node can perform a context-dependent operation such as adjusting the sequencer, acknowledging the write without committing it to the transaction log, or rejecting the write altogether.

  • Patent number: 11636596
Abstract: A system and a method for monitoring a brain CT scan image using ASPECTS score. The method includes receiving the brain CT scan image of a patient. Further, a basal ganglia region and a corona radiata level are identified in a plurality of slices in the brain CT scan image. Furthermore, a plurality of anatomical regions, a plurality of infarcts and a plurality of black regions are segmented using deep learning. Subsequently, an overlapping region across the plurality of slices is determined based on the plurality of anatomical regions, the plurality of infarcts, and the plurality of black regions. The overlapping region and a predefined threshold are used to compute an ASPECTS score. The ASPECTS score is further used to recommend a course of action to the patient.

  • Patent number: 11630145
Abstract: Examples of operating an Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) during power swings, are described. In an example, voltage measurements for a phase is received and sampled. Root mean square (RMS) values of the voltage samples is calculated based on the voltage measurements. Delta quantities for each phase are calculated based on the RMS values. Each of the RMS values and delta quantities are associated with respective sampling instants. In response to a delta quantity being greater than a predefined threshold, a peak delta quantity is detected. A time interval between a sampling instant associated with the peak delta quantity and a sampling instant associated with a first delta quantity is determined. Based on a comparison of the time interval with a threshold time, a disturbance condition may be detected as a power swing and consequently, fault detection at the IED may be blocked.

  • Publication number: 20230083768
Abstract: Examples of fault location in a power transmission line connecting a first and a second terminal is described. In an example, arrival times of a first peak, a second peak, and a third peak of a travelling wave detected from measurements carried out at the first and second terminals is detected. • Patent number: 11594876
Abstract: The invention relates to protection from faults in a power transmission system having two or more transmission lines. Travelling waves are detected from a signal obtained with a measurement equipment associated with a bus of the power transmission system. Arrival times of a first peak of a first travelling wave, a second travelling wave and a third travelling wave, are detected from the signal. A value for line length is calculated from the arrival times and propagation velocity of the travelling wave in the corresponding transmission line. The calculated value is compared with an actual length of the corresponding transmission line, for determining if the fault is an internal fault or an external fault. According to the fault being one of the internal fault and the external fault, a signal for controlling a switching device associated with the corresponding transmission line is generated.

  • Publication number: 20230027683
Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to apparatus for fabricating semiconductor devices. A gas injection apparatus is coupled to a first gas source and a second gas source. Gases from the first gas source and second gas source may remain separated until the gases enter a process volume in a process chamber. A coolant is flowed through a channel in the gas injection apparatus to cool the first gas and the second gas in the gas injection apparatus. The coolant functions to prevent thermal decomposition of the gases by mitigating the influence of thermal radiation from the process chamber. In one embodiment, the channel surrounds a first conduit with the first gas and a second conduit with the second gas.

  • Patent number: 11562264
Abstract: The disclosed system and method can improve a selection process, such as selecting winners in a contest or request for proposal, by narrowing the submissions to a reasonable number of top submissions that can be more meaningfully considered by a decision making body. By using machine learning during the selection process, human biases may be avoided, processing speed is significantly increased, accuracy of review and scoring is improved, and auditability of results is possible. The disclosed system and method improve the process of selecting one or more submissions by summarizing the submissions into a minimal number of words that can be substituted for the full text of the submission in downstream processes of the selection process. Fewer words used in the downstream processes can improve the speed and efficiency of the downstream processes.
